James resolved an odd case for me in which the address on my title was switched with my neighbor over 15 years ago, and despite the neighbors property being sold twice since then it was never caught. I live remotely and had never met James, I was fortunate to find him on the internet and am very glad I ended up working with him. I tried to resolve this myself and got nowhere so I reached out to James. First he gave me advice on how to resolve it myself and offered to help if I wasn't successful. After failing to resolve it I went back to James and he agreed to help. He was able to find the original title company even though I had lost the documentation and pursued a solution through them. Simultaneously he pursued an alternative solution with the owner of the other property. Timing was important because the property next door was set for foreclosure with my physical property listed as the legal address on the title. James kept me up to speed on all aspects of his efforts. He was courteous and professional in resolving the issue, and ultimately when the situation demanded it, aggressive enough to gain cooperation to resolve the problem. James resolved the problem, clearing my property from complications with the foreclosure, correcting the information with the county and solving the problem. He did all of this remotely as I no longer live in the area and never met face to face. I found James to be professional, competent, and fair. I was very glad he was representing me and was very satisfied with his work and the outcome. While it is never inexpensive when you need legal advice, I felt his fees were fair and that I got a very good deal for the work and results. I would rely on James for future real estate work without hesitation and would recommend him to friends and colleagues. Working with James was a very positive experience.

I hired Abby on a recommendation from another prominent lawyer. I was not disappointed. This was my first time in the legal system and I appreciated her willingness to help me understand everything. Abby represented be in a custody dispute after I finally fired an attorney halfway through my case that was not doing anything beyond collecting a paycheck. She listened and took notes as I gave her the case background, was quick to reply, fought hard for what was right in the courtroom, billed fairly and honestly, and worked relentlessly with the understanding that this was more than a simple case. I cannot say enough good things about Abby and only regret that I had not found her sooner. I hope to never hire a lawyer again but if I do it will definitely be Abby.

Edward is honest, generous with his time and very professional.
I hired Edward in November of 2021 and have been extremely happy with his service. In general, I have always been very leery when hiring an attorney - I have always felt that most attorneys are too concerned with tracking your time and speak to you in legal terms that are difficult to understand, hence patronizing and somewhat condescending, but to my pleasant surprise, Edward has been so humble and gracious while extremely knowledgeable. I contacted Mr. Sennett to assist with an employee plaintiff matter. He reviewed the information I sent him thoroughly and explained all the good and bad points of my arguments. He ultimately opted not to take my case, however, he was very patient, spent a lot of time with me, and went above and beyond expectations despite ultimately not agreeing that it was as solid as I saw the situation. That said, I would work with him again if the opportunity arose! He made sure to set me on the best path to find some justice even if he couldn't provide it for me directly. He had my best interest at heart. Definitely recommend!
I put "hired" because he spent multiple hours on my case, which he ultimately could not support, so it was well above just a "consult". Because he couldn't help me on a contingency case, he didn't bill me for all his research time, which was substantial.

Unemployment benefits were denied. We retained Stephen Sennett as our attorney to represent us. He did an excellent job of presenting the evidence and facts of our case along with case law to the judge at our appeal hearing. The result was a reversal of determination of our employment benefits being denied. He made us feel like he took a personal interest in our case, was highly professional and put us at ease. Gary was very useful and helpful and professional in some different cases that we worked with him on. We had a business that we had a partnership and we had a large line of credit with a bank. Well my two partners decided that they wanted out and would not pay their share of the line of credit. Gary worked with my bank and was able to get them to agree to let me pay my one third share of the line of credit and they the bank could go after the other two individuals.
On another occasion I had a challenge with a local hospital and felt that they had caused some health issues that was because of lack of attention to detail and then they tried to bill me for their mistakes. Gary wrote to the hospital and worked out the situation and they did not send me any more bills for their miscues.
Gary helped me one time when I was mis charged for asualt on a individual who was in some authority and misused his authority in filing this case. Gary advised me and also made some phone calls to the courts and helped me to find an attorney that was profiencent in this type of law. Everything worked out for my benefit. Gary is very in tune with and how to apply the law and I would and probable will use him for guidence and direction in the future.

It was an extraordinary stroke of luck when my malpractice insurance company hired Mr. Jones to represent me in a recent malpractice suit against me. From the very start he was thorough, always prepared, always on time, and went out of his way to come to my office on several occasions to prepare me for the pre-litigation panel and deposition. Every time I talked to him I always felt he was in complete control of the situation and had gone out of his way to do all his homework. I knew that while I was practicing medicine he was representing me and left me as worry free as possible. Through his hard work and determination and honest representation and skill, I was extricated from the suit before it went to trial. I would totally recommend Mr. Jones to any other doctor who needs him. I have had multiple opportunities both personally and professionally to observe attorneys in their work. Mr. Jones handled my medical malpractice case and was very knowledgable about the relevant laws. He prepared me vey well for my deposition and predicted the tactics of the opposing counsel. I worked with Kevin for my DUI charge in 2014. I prefer to not discuss the specifics of my case in a public forum but I did want to comment on the work of Kevin. I can understand that DUI lawyers very likely get all the same questions during the initial consultation, but Kevin approached it as if it was a natural conversation as opposed to the scripted or outlined discussions I had with a few specialists before I talked to Kevin. That made me feel much more comfortable. He and his staff were there helping me throughout the process and answering every single question I had.

I first met Andrew at the Boise City Library where he was donating his time teaching community members about the estate planning process. I expressed my reluctance and fears about starting this process, but I found him so reassuring, that I contacted his office. I knew immediately that I wanted to hire him. We were referred to Amber by our financial advisor after our previous attorney retired. We had literally spent thousands on a very complicated trust.
