First things first I’d like to thank Mr. De leon and his amazing team.. I was sitting in Cameron county jail, when he was appointed to me, I was a little concerned about having a court appointed lawyer for such a high profile case. I was Charged with aggravated robbery, manufacture/ delivery and engaging in organized criminal activity, all first degree felonies.. I was facing anywhere from 5-99 years in prison.. while incarcerated Mr. De leon was able to get my organized crime charge dropped, which led to a bond reduction. I got out on bond and have been dealing with court since..I had it in my head that was going to prison but Mr.De leon went to war with me during court and did what he could to get me the probation I wanted. I highly recommend Mr. De Leon and his team.

I have never met an attorney whom did everything they said they would. This team worked as one for me State of Texas and the County of Cameron. The service's were used for state cases, and I also had the opportunity to hire for for representation in Federal court as well. I recommend the law office to everyone whom needs help. I met Mr. Ysasaga at a car dealership and found his wallet. I cleaned cars there. When I returned it to him, Michael gave me his business card and told me to call him if I ever needed anything. I was arrested for something I didn't do and Michael helped me for free in the criminal case for over a year and 10 months. He wouldn't let me take a plea deal from the DA because I was innocent and he said he'd help me no matter how long it took. I was really worried and sick over this deal. But Michael told me to keep the faith. The DA finally dropped all charged after almost 2 year. I am really grateful forever for Mr. Ysasaga's help. May God Bless him. Michael Eugene Johnson

I honestly don't have any idea how this guy has such great reviews. My family had a terrible experience with his firm. All we got from him was excuses and hot air. He is well past his prime and should retire. Unless you have a loser case and want it slow walked, look elsewhere. We had a pending case in the 138th and he didn't know Gabby Garcia had the job until months after her installment, and I had to tell him. He should buy a subscription to the local Brownsville paper and pay someone to read it to him, Lord know he charges enough.

Overall, Thomas Sullivan is a brilliant attorney for civil matters and business. He'll talk your ear off (at your expense). Otherwise his fees are basically reasonable.
He handled an appeal for me in a case I knew was wrongly judged in favor of the plaintiff and it was completely reversed and I was awarded most of my defense costs. Now all we need to do is figure out how to get my money back from the plaintiff who is hiding assets.

I want to warn everyone out there that is looking for a lawyer to beware of hiring this attorney. He did not take my case seriously, missed crucial deadlines and made major mistakes along the way. After almost 4 years of begging him to do something and hoping he would not just quit he did just that (1) day before my mediation and just a few weeks before my trial date in my civil suit. I had to go to mediation and represent myself because he withdrew as my council. He is unresponsive, lackluster, unprepared and is easily overwhelmed. He took $15,000.00 of my hard-earned money in advance as his retainer and then just walked away. I would not recommend this man for any legal advice of any kind on any matter. he does not respond to calls, emails or messages for sometimes 7-12 days and that my friends is the type of performance you'll get with Phil Bellamy The only reason I gave him one star is because they did not offer a negative star option. I regret the day I met and retained him.

Mr. Nunez helped me with an old case from 2019 I had had a warrant for my arrest all was handled so great in 2023 he moved fast on my case he was so awesome to work with and very professional in court. I agree with other reviews Lupita the paralegal who works in office is a fast talker and does not help you with what you ask for. She is extremely manipulative and can make you uncomfortable to say anything at all. The secretary in office who works the front desk is very kind and helpful. If you can bypass Lupita. Mr. Richard Nunez was a 10/10 for an attorney I am so grateful for his approach and just how he is as a person. He listens well and if you come as professional as YOU can on your end it all works out better than you expect!! I did all that was expected of me at probation and Judge Rincones let me go free and I didn't have to pay the remainding probation fees. The entire experience with the Nunez was great. So much so I am returning and going to hire him again to clear my background.
