After much frustration in trying to find a patent attorney that I felt would look out after me, and my idea for a patent, I had just about given up. I looked into doing the process myself, but quickly got lost and overwhelmed in the world of patents. Realizing I could not do it myself, I narrowed it down to a couple of patent attorneys and prayed a lot about the direction to go. The answer I felt I received was Stake, and the first meeting with Joshua Mertzlufft was a confirmation of that answer. Josh is very good at what he does, patient in explaining the process, very detailed orientated, insightful, and humble. The process became fun and exciting instead of frustrating. We regularly use Rogan for employment, labor and employee benefit issues. She most recently handled a large compliance and audit issue for the company that involved meeting numerous recent statutes, practice areas and significant data with changing court interpretations. Not only did she finish the project in half the time we expected, but she cost much less compared to others that had done previous versions. Simply put, Rogan is practical, efficient, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She has large firm experience and know-how, but without the large firm price tag. We are lucky to have her in our corner.

I have a small business and like others, during the pandemic I ran into a lot of difficulties. I thought I would have to declare bankruptcy and close the business. I cannot not express enough positive comments for this young professional attorney, Jesslyn picked up a case for her colleague who was unable to attend a follow up appeal submitted by the opposing side.
