Incredible lawyer! So far it’s been about 2 years on retainer. Extremely personal, professional, and available. It’s nice to always have a business lawyer on speed dial like Robert. As a business we’ve been through several situations together, from basic formation agreement stuff to fighting insurance for a burned down building. All of which were handled without issue. I was very disappointed with this firm we told her ahead of signing that we only had a certain amount to spend and she didn’t care we ended up paying almost 25,000 and still owe till this day I did not get any modifications that I was fighting for just enforcement so it’s not worth it save your money

I’ve been married and divorced three times. This place is only going to drag you along as long as possible so they car get every penny they can from you.
I would’ve dropped them and switch to another attorney sooner on but after you’ve paid a $3500 retainer you don’t get that back so I thought surely it would be over soon, but it never was.
Finally, after speaking to another attorney, I called them and told them exactly what they needed to do and the divorce finalized within 2 months
Took almost a year for an uncontested divorce. The fees just climbing. I would call to ask what was taking so long and that would be another few hundred and then another couple hundred if they responded.
The opposing party was said to pay all attorney fees yet somehow after they had sent the payment, there was an extra couple thousand added in that they’ve Now taking me to collections for.

I retained Cade's services and should've terminated his services the second he confirmed he was following up on 100% of opposing party/ oppposing counsels concerns and failed to follow up with opposing counsel on concerns I'd mentioned to him on several occasions over the course of more than a month. When questioned on the matter, Cade got emotional and upset and hung the phone up on me on 2 different occasions, refused to communicate via email to ensure he didn't go on record as not providing the services he agreed to provide during consultation. He sold "expanded standard visitation" as a win to me and failed to explain the fact that this is now the bare minimum. He also refused to answer basic, yes or no questions in email in order to force me to have to use additional time on conference calls to get these simple questions answered. When questioned, Cade gave no explanation as to why he would follow up on 100% of opposing counsels concerns and none of mine. Cade's colleague confirmed talks between Cade and opposing counsel without my knowledge and failed to disclose the nature of said conversations. At one point Cade lied to me about addressing and resolving a concern regarding my sons safety. Seek counsel elsewhere in order to avoid the disappointment, poor service and general lack of care provided by this guy.

I most definitely recommend Kristina Dial and her law office! She has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. Her office answers questions quickly and efficiently. She will do everything in her power legally to make sure you are taken care of the correct way. We used her for family law. We are so happy with our outcome and couldn't ask for a better family attorney. Melissa, her assistant, is the best and always gets you answers and ensures you understand the processes happening. I strongly advise against hiring Kristina Dial as your attorney. In my personal experience, she took advantage of us and expected us to have a level of legal knowledge and expertise that was unrealistic.
We had purchased a property in my name shortly before our marriage. After speaking to my ex-husband, the attorney called me and said, "Well, you didn't tell me you all bought the house only a couple of weeks before you were married. This changes things…” This lack of attention to detail and disregard for our situation was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, we were alarmed by the attorney's behavior when she was in contact with my ex-husband regarding the numbers sent (bills, insurance, etc…). This clearly violates the ethical boundaries of attorney-client relationships, and we are strongly considering filing a complaint with the relevant board.
If you are going through a divorce and have children and assets, you must find an attorney who will prioritize your interests and those of your children. I strongly advise that you look elsewhere for legal representation and avoid the attorney mentioned at all costs.
