Working with the law office of Cecelia Soboleski has been one of the best decisions I have ever made since my divorce process started.
I say this because despite the distance and time difference, I currently live here in the Philippines, we were able to communicate well. She manage to discuss the plans and educate me about the case thru zoom meetings and email. She gives you insight but she let’s you decide on everything. Zoom meetings were arrange so that it would both fit into our schedule. She would definitely reply to questions and clarification thru email.

I was part of a group that lent money to a borrower who decided to stop paying. Patric gave us excellent advice on how to proceed and was very conscious of how to limit our legal fees and get the most work done at moderate cost. Other lawyers we spoke to before choosing Patric seemed to be less responsive and to propose approaches that would have incurred significantly higher legal fees.
He was pleasant to work with and knowledgible. He was always prompt in returning my calls and emails. On a few occasions I had to remind him about next steps he had committed to, but that had slipped due to his high workload.

This is my second eviction of the year!
My tenant is a contractor did the maintenance work for me after the 1st eviction, he did a great job and gain my trust. He want to rent my house urgently, I gave him the key to the house and let him rent the house. Unfortunately, after my tenant moved into the house without a signed contract, he and his wife didn’t answer my call/text/email anymore, didn’t make up the promised security deposit, and didn’t pay the rent.
I was very satisfy with Brian’s service of the first eviction, so I contacted him again. Brian gave me a lesson after listened to me “Never give house key without a signed contract”. Brian accepted my case and my tenant moved out of the house in about 45 days. Brian is the best eviction attorney!

Mr. Sabahat represented us (me and another shareholder) in a Civil/Corporate Complex financial litigation which was simultaneously litigated in two states, Texas and California, as well as a corporate receivership in Texas. Mr. Sabahat’s extensive knowledge of law and his experience became very invaluable in a 3 weeks trial of the case and the appeal by the defendants. Horrible mismanagement of my family’s Trust for years. One that she wrote herself, amended multiple times, and even went to my grandfather on his deathbed to have him sign an amendment when he was not in a clear state of mind. When asked for an accounting, she stalled for 9 months and then all of a sudden, no longer represents the Trust or Trustee. This woman should have her bar revoked. She will steal your family’s money and do zero work that benefits anybody but herself.
