Don has been there for us through all of the trying times there can be in a successful business. Many people will see your assets as their retirement plan. Our HOA board recently hired Justin to be our new attorney. For the past three years, we have been having more and more problems relating to our community lake that we do not own. In the less than one month that Justin has been representing our board, he has advised us and resolved issues that we have been struggling with not only about the lake on which we live, but he has also advised us on questions that we have had about possible changes to our CCER (Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions). It seems to me from my experiences that most lawyers are in it only for the money and could care less about their clients well being... they just want to get paid, even if getting paid puts their clients in bad financial situations. Its hard to find a lawyer that not only works hard on your case but cares about their clients as well. Christopher Inglese works hard for his clients. He will do his best to go above and beyond. He does his research, finds the facts, and the best solutions. He has been my lawyer since 2011. He worked on my divorce case which would have been difficult for any lawyer to take on due to all the defendant had been doing to me (harassment, abuse, theft, destruction of property, and so on). Throughout all my ex husband had been putting me through, my lawyer was there every step of the way to get me through the toughest times of my life. He speaks the truth. She has handled a real estate matter for me and a probate matter for our family, even though these are not her typical areas of practice. She did excellent jobs on both of them. Her biggest fault is that she does not brag on herself. Ms. Moise is a spectacular attorney, respected by federal and state judges and lawyers across South Carolina.
