I think some of the negative reviews are from people who lost their cases to Binh Bui, so they take revenge by posting negative reviews.
Attorney Bui is excellent. In 5 mins he outlined strategies for me to sue a real estate company in California instead of Nevada. He also cleverly suggested that my daughter file a second lawsuit as she too has a legitimate grievance as well against the real estate company.
I originally had a large law firm advise me. I seek a second opinion and was referred to Mr. Bui ,whose advice was far better and faster that the other lawyers' advice!!

Previously I had this lawyer represent me concerning my WILL. At that time he charged me a reasonable amount!
This past Friday, the 29th of Oct. (Friday), I went with my partner of 12-years for Mr. Duberg give my partner, "POWER OF "attorney".
I had several disagreements with my partner concerning our responsibilities. So we informed his office that we would con-tact his office when "we"worked/ironed out the wrinkles.
On our appointment day his secretary quoted us his structured FEES. The first 30-minutes was FREE! Upon leaving, he asked for $200.00 fee! He claimed we went over the time limit by 5-minutes. Yet, we WAITED ... for 10-minutes in his lobby!! While he spoke a client on the phone in his office, Apparently, our time, matters not??
I left my wallet at home so I told him we would return with the money. Upon returning, "we" asked him "How much we owe him?" To our "SHOCK" ... He SAID, "$200.00"! We said," for 35-minutes?"
We understand, TODAY, PRICES ARE INFLATED! But $200.00 for 35-minutes ...??
We went to his office SEEKING "legal advise"!! He claimed, he's not a "doctor/psychiatrist???"
AFTER ... I asked him about the 30-minutes that are FREE...? He LOOKED at me ... and reluctantly SAID ... "Oh, I forgot?" And hesitates .. and says -- "$100.00".
We left his office ... Recalling Luke' s Gospel vs. 10:25-37.

The lack
of compassion and professionalism that Mr. Hernandez displayed towards my family and I was down right distributing.
Mr. Hernandez briefly represented me in a family law case agiast me and my soon to be ex-wife. Where we share IVF conceived son . Same sex marriage
After never being able to get a hold of him, he would go weeks without returning phone calls. Sometimes it got so bad I’d have to from different numbers just for him to respond.
Due to his lack of preparation, mr Hernandez was supposed to file paperwork with the court on my behalf opposing said motions. And we went to court the judge had informed him that he never filed a response with the court after a least a 3 months continues . She also said we ran the risk of her granting all of their motions because he NEVER filed a response.
And when I inquired he asked me who my son (Father) was. And I said he was a ivf baby noted in my file he doesn’t have a father but has 2 moms .
Then proceeded to ask if I knew my sons father.
I mentioned again… my son doesn’t have a father hes a donor baby. He was trying to see if he could split custody 3 ways. Which was bizarre, and not appropriate at all
He also mentioned he never filed a motion because he was saving me money. So I was confused on what I was paying for. And when I asked more questions, he said we can substitute out and hung up on me.
When dealing with family law you must understand that these cases are extremely complex. Treated my case more so as corporate law
I plan to file further action with state bar.
