EDIT: LOL they get a email about a bad review then call and before he wanted to talk about my case Waytt tried to get upset about my honest review. Kinda that a missed call or something of that nature doesn't get a call but a bad review does. This companies ego is way to big to help people that need timely answers.

Ryan represented our business in a case where we were named as Third Party Defendants. He was successful in proving we had done nothing wrong and all claims against our business were released.
Ryan also went on to file a counter suit in which our business was able to recover our legal fees regarding the lawsuit.
All maters were handled in a professional manner and in a timely manner.

Muldoon Attorney who didn't give in and who didn't give up he kept me informed on the statues and laws he would contact me when he heard from the individual we were suing not only would he ask me what I felt about the case but he was interested in my health how I was feeling and asked me about my job my issues that were going on such as if I had a problem at work or if I was having something going on at home asked me how the day was such as weather asked me how my family was doing when he had found out about my father he was concerned when I lost my job from papa johns. If I called he returned my calls with in that day kept me informed on what the lawsuit was doing on a weekly basis I am very satisfied the outcome of my lawsuit and he has been a confidant on many things that will remain between us I truly think he even learned a lil southern words lol

I contacted Mr. Cox due to an estate I was an heir to had turned one sided.
Mr. Cox did an excellent job guiding me in situations and being the “go between” person between the Estate lawyer, the Executor and me as they both told me not to contact them.
Mr. Cox and his assistant (Sherri) are very understanding, did not rush me and would get back to me the same day with answers to my questions.
The entire office made me feel comfortable.
The estate has taken awhile to close but without Mr. Cox assistance, it most definitely would still be open.

Awful, didn't listen to anything and ended up looking dumbfounded. Didn't even make it to trial and still tried to take all of my retainer after saying he wouldn't even take $500 if it didn't go to trial. Don't book him for anything other than traffic tickets

It started with my original well know lawyer in Omaha past away while my case was just starting off. So I contacted Tim Obrien , he was busy and I left a msg for him . I would then say within 24 to 48 hours Tim himself called me and we spoke minor details about the case. So we decided together to set up a meeting with Mr Obrien.. upon meeting with Tim Obrien I decided to have handle the case and it was the best decision I have made.. Tim Obrien handled my husband's case that was from a car accident. Tim was very diligent in handling our case but also showed that he cared about his client's well being. We were always kept informed about how our case was progressing without us having to call and check in on it. I can't imagine having anybody other than this law firm handle a case for us. This guy is the one you want fighting for whatever you need legal help with. Odd review, but honest, he was the opposing counsel in a child custody case I was involved in over 20 years ago. Since that case ended, I sought him out for several other needs. Seriously, this guy will/ does go above and beyond for his clients. Couldn't recommend any better lawyer.

Mr. Kolln has been my attorney for 3+ years handling various matters including my estate planning. Not only did I find him very knowledgeable and forthright, he took the time and had the patience to explain information in detail and laid it out so this 60+ single female could understand it.
