Earlier this summer I engaged Bascom Law to prepare/update all our estate plan documents. The sessions with Brad Bascom were impressive both in their coverage and the clear and understandable discussions of the important decisions. Frequent travel delayed my review of the final material I was given until just recently. Now that I've completed my review, I am even more impressed with the work. The documents are well organized with an index that allows quick access. The writing is excellent with instructions that are clear and straightforward. After many years of anxiety about the adequacy of our essential papers, I am now confident we are prepared for the future.

I recently used The Fernandez Law Firm, A Business and Technology Law Firm for a hearing I had in Forsyth County. Ms. Fernandez, the Managing Partner, listened to the facts, and said: “Most lawyers would tell you to do X. I am going to tell you to do Z. Z will be faster, cheaper, and more likely to get you the results you want. And if it doesn’t get you your results, then you can still do X, but by doing Z, you will pay me less.” Ms. Fernandez then carefully prepared me for the hearing so that I would be comfortable and able to tell my story. She told me what the other side and the Judge would say, and how to counter it. She made me stay on strategy And then, I won! Ms. Fernandez was very straightforward, honest, ethical, and fair. She had such a strong courtroom strategy that I was surprised to find out that Ms. Fernandez is actually a business, technology, software and contracts lawyer. The work she did cost less than I would have expected, and saved me money. I would use The Fernandez Law Firm again, and I completely recommend The Fernandez Law Firm because the work is high quality.

Kevin did a masterful job of defending us in a lawsuit that could have cost us ten of thousands of dollars. We won a jury verdict which compensated us for our losses plus ALL our attorney fees, which is pretty much unheard of.

After stepping into an uncovered drain hole, I suffered a serious ankle injury that tore two ligaments. My ankle was in poor condition for a year, making work extremely difficult. Eventually, I opted for surgery to repair it, which required taking 8 weeks off from work.

Now that my case is closed, I would like to share that I would not recommend Spalding Injury Law, nor would I ever contact them again, if necessary, in the future. Lack of communication/follow-up from start to finish (3 years), shuffled to different attorneys, and significant paralegal turnover throughout the process, was very frustrating. Also, when final bill was sent, it was very vague and did not include detailed line item descriptions. Overall, I felt as though they did not have my best interests at hand and I only wish I knew then, what I know now.

The Chanco and Hamilton firm was a great experience for me. Both were very knowledgeable and actually do care about you as an individual. They would keep me informed regularly and would give great advice on how to look good and prepared before the actual court date. After the initial court date, Mr. Chanco and Hamilton were not happy with the ruling that they had sentenced me and actually went on to fight it which resulted in another court date, which he represented me, free of charge. Frank and his team lied to me on more than one occasion. He was hard to get in touch with and would not return calls. I was told by him and his team I did not have to worry about a deposition. They told me the day before my deposition that I had to be there. No preparation. He and his team lied to my mother as well. Frank charged me thousands of dollars and did nothing to defend me in court, even though I spent hours gathering information that they requested for our court appearance. Frank will tell you what you want to hear and let you burn at the stake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!!

After going thru a rather costly divorce where my ex-wife was sticking me with monthly payments of nearly $3,500 / mo and not making any progress with two other attorney's. I was stuck with payments which where determined prior to the economic down fall.
Attorney Frank Hamilton and his team (which where very hands on and accessible); worked on my case and within a couple of months where able to reduce the payments to $1,600/mo. The monthly payments could of been less if one of the previous attorneys had advised me properly against signing a document.
The fees where reasonable and whenever I fell behind due to circumstances; Attorney Frank Hamilton was there to defend me and keep me out of trouble......the attention and service was unparalleled by any other firm.
I've recommended his firm to others and they've come back with the same results.

Would not hire this lawyer again for even defense of a parking ticket. Hired this lawyer approximately March 2014 and was told that my two year limitation of filing was in November 2015.
Lawyer used up the time. He advised me by phone on 31 of October 2015, with follow up letter on November 6, 2015 that the malpractice case was not worth pursuing (risk reward); remaining filing time was basically used up and I did not have sufficient time to pursue other legal help in my case.

If i could rate it lower, i would. Mr. Hamilton needs to go back to law school. He wants my husband to take a domestic violence case to trial. And for me to get in front of a jury and lie and say that he never hit me. Just to get the charges dismissed on my husband. So he justified that it's ok to hit a woman if you ask me. He needs God in his life just like most of forsyth county. And if he can't win a case by not coercing someone to lie, then he needs to reevaluate the field of work he is in.

I live out of state and had a phone conversation with Mr. Bill. He told me to mail him all information and a check. He called me and went over the response to my case and had me e-file. When I asked him about hiring him he told me the retainer was $5,000. All he had to fo was let me know that he did not want the case due to it being a small case. He comes off as rude and does not give you alot of information. I had hired him for my divorce in 2013 and he has not changed!!!! There are better lawyers out there. Do not settle for this guy!!!
