I recently had the opportunity to work with Brad. He handled a case for that was not clear cut, but required a good understanding of the field in which he was practicing. He was persistent, he kept me in the loop, and negotiated a successful result.

Mr. Legare lead me through the process of putting a will together, and all aspects of the adavanced medical directives. These included a living will, health care proxy and durable power of attorney. During the process, Mr. Legare discussed in detail the process, terms and answered any questions I had. Since we completed the estate planning and medical directives I have gone back to Mr. Legare for various other legal questions unrelated to the previous work. He hs been very helpful and responded very quickly.

Rob was recommended to us by a neighborhood friend as having an excellent reputation in solving cases similar to ours. We recently moved out of state from Georgia. Our moving company "disposed of" half of our household belongings after delivering them to the wrong state. Rob helped us settle a claim that was overwhelming and daunting to us. Rob went out of his way to help us with what some may consider a very small problem. This was a single family property line discrepancy issue and to us it felt insurmountable. We had no idea where to begin, but with his help we were able to get our problem resolved. Joseph Weeks and his firm have shown a high level of professionalism in dealing with my case. When I call his firm I talk directly with a live person, and not an automated attendant asking me to press numbers to speak to someone. I have on several occasions stopped by his office just to drop off requested documents and he has taken time to talk to me and let me know what the latest is with my case. Everyone at his office that I have worked with or spoken to has always been friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have.
From the onset of my case, Joseph has been upfront about what to expect and what actions the other party can take. He has guided me through the litigation process and kept me informed of what is going on. Joseph is confident and knowledgeable in preparing documents and dealing with the other party. I will receive a copy of motions, responses and other documents within a few days of receiving them or filing them with the court. As a future franchisee, I hired Brad to review the Franchise Agreement package. In general, Brad was very responsive and thorough with his review, and was easy to communicate with regarding the explanations of all the various segments of the agreement.
On Tuesday, I informed him I needed the review quickly as I had been out of town for three weeks and delayed the process already. He informed me that we could review by the end of the week.
He returned the initial documents on Wednesday and we reviewed the comments on Thursday and Friday. His response was very quick.
Additionally, his comments were well organized and very explanatory, and we reviewed the intent and options on each clause...at the end of the discussion, I had adequate knowledge to prioritize the areas into action items and information items.
It was a pleasure to work with Brad and would recommend him.
