Michael was the best attorney that I ever dealt with in my entire life! His fees were extremely fair and his service was top notch! He was able to handle my situation quickly and get results. In May of 2016, I consulted with Mr. Brooks on the possibility of him representing me at a hearing specific to a security clearance investigation being adjudicated on my behalf. He was very clear on his fee and was direct on what he would provide for me as my attorney. I hired Mr. Brooks, even after consulting with an attorney who 'specialized' in the type of hearing I was to have. Mr. Brooks was extremely professional and competent in the matter telling me exactly what I needed for him to proceed possibly eliminating the need for the hearing at all. In early September of 2016, I was informed by Mr. Brooks, and by the Department of Defense, that their need for clarification on concerns they had was satisfied, and a hearing was not required. I received formal notice from the DOD cancelling the hearing. I strongly would recommend Mr. Brooks and if necessary, would use his services in this, and other legal representation matters.

Unfortunately using this firm set me back years. I used Jessica Pritchard originally for my Custody battle and she pawned me off on Liz, who was basically telling me I will never have hope with getting what I want. I ended up switching to Melanie, for an adoption process that we started in August. Turns out that come end of October, not one thing was done. I was disgusted to learn that no work was ever done except for the initial paperwork and clearances and immediately upon hiring a new lawyer everything was filed immediately and things are well underway. The lawyer should be reported to the ethics board as she should’ve taken time away from her job as she was dealing with personal issues that completely affected her performance. But instead I was lead on for months and had precious time wasted. When another firm already has done so much more for us in less than a month. Do not waste your time with this firm.

Great at finding ways to run up fees. Their billing practices should be illegal!!! Do not hire!!! They will not have your back they only want your wallet.
