Acted as an estate lawyer plus real estate attorney.
First for my father, on prev. co-op sale, from years ago.
An excellent job. My father could not attend the closing plus could not find some docs, but Ms. Kestel handled it.
Then for me and my brother, after my dad passed.
On his estate, and sale of his co-op.
Ms. Kestel is knowledgeable, dedicated, returns calls/emails.
Available. Gets the job done and a true professional.
Showed interest and concern to make sure I sent documents and
information needed.
I live out of state, but Ms. Kestel made sure to meet with me various times in person also.
Offered advice on matters we didn't even know to ask.
Had started out with Ms. Kestel sending a personal checklist of information, so we had a good idea of what to expect/needed.
Took the time to explain. Gave details. Followed up.
Plus a very nice, caring person. We were not just a 'case.'
During this difficult time, was most appreciated.
