I was so fortunate to find Mr. Nesbitt on my google search when I needed assistance with a realestate issue. He was very knowledgable of real estate law and professional in his interactions with the opposing attorney. He listened to details of the events with patience and understanding and developed a plan of action which yeilded excellent results. He kept me informed at every step and ensured I was included in all necessary decisions.

We hired Mark Levy because we felt we weren't being treated fairly by American Family Insurance Company. We had significant damage to our house as the result of a storm and our insurance company was refusing to pay for the damage despite an umpire’s judgement. We were feeling very vulnerable and were confused by the legal issue issues in this matter. Mark took the time to explain the legal issues including the strengths and weaknesses in our case. Mark was responsive to our questions and concerns. He was professional, hopeful and honest and not unreasonably optimistic. Everyone in Mark's office was professional, courteous and available. It was never a problem to talk with Mark if we had questions. The other lawyers in his office were always available if Mark was away from the office. Everyone always seem to be up to date in terms of the issues of our case. Throughout the course of this matter his office was in constant communication with us. Ultimately our case was settled in mediation. Mark was a tenacious and tough negotiator. He was excellent partner during the course of this most stressful event. It was difficult to receive a call back from any of the law offices I reached out to with my simple question, as answering it was not going to be profitable for the lawyer. However, Mr. Iyer seemed more than happy to help me understand my options and showed care for my situation even if I was not to become a client. If you look online at her current cases, Margaret’s tactics are to lye & wait and she will do this for months, if not years. She will not contact the DA. She was hardly proactive at all. Her demeanor was polite. But it was not worth more than 5000 alone. Forget the comments below believe me when I say you will play the roll of your own Attorney if you hire this one. Half the time you’re lucky if she reaches out or returns a single phone call/text , & doesn’t make you feel ridiculous for asking questions about your case. please continue looking elsewhere. If I had it to do over again, I would!!

After explaining my case, he didn't bother to ask any follow up questions and concluded the conversation by saying he had more interesting cases he wanted to deal with. Christian Webert and team issued an invoice against my property 12 hours before my scheduled closing forcing me to pay or delay the sale of my property. I’d probably rather try to buy a catalytic converter in an alley than deal with the ethics of these people.
