Dawn was such a help to me after my husband passed during the pandemic. She was refered to me by a friend who also lost her husband to Covid. NY was shut down. I could get no help from state agencies and courts were closed as were most law offices. Dawn taught me how to use Zoom and she opened her office electronically so we could have a virtual session. I am not of the computer generation, yet she made me feel as though I was in her office with her. She showed documents and explained everything. Ms. Grosso was the arbitrator on a few different cases for my company. She was very professional and to the point so time was not wasted. She did give all of us an opportunity to be heard. While I did not win all of my cases with her, I believe she was very thorough and accurately applied the law. She was courteous to all of the witnesses including those witnesses that were difficult. She applied a very firm demeanor when necessary to keep some parties from "acting out". She should be a judge. I would certainly hire her as my attorney or as an arbitrator.

Dawn was the attorney for my first real estate closing when I was 20 and again when I was 43 She was compassionate and considerate when addressing issues that when beyond a closing attorney such as contracts with my movers. She explains things in detail. She is very nice and smart. Though very tough and stern when needed --just ask the movers who were on the receiving end.

laid out a 2000 dollar retainer for this guy 2 years ago for our village infringing on our property by building a retaining wall and sidewalk on our property and creating a hazardous driveway...our property marker is poking through the sidewalk....one would think this a fairly easy case.... got nothing for our money-not even our day in court....he doesnt return phone calls or messages....should have gotten a pet monkey to represent us

We met with Mr Schell about rewriting our will. He took possession of our existing will and we waited for notification to go into the office and sign the new will. That never happened! We tried calling the office, emailing and writing that we wanted our existing will returned, but never got a response. At first we assumed that we was ill, or that some other event was keeping him from responding. After s couple of months and no way to contact him or get a response from his office, we gave up. We
had no copy of the will he kept, snd no way to get it returned to us. A nasty experience!

They have not returned my $250 deposit for a water bill (that never exceeded $85 every 3mo) and have not refunded my $40 over payment on my homeowners ins. I’ve made several attempts to reach them by email and they simply chose to ignore !! My house closed back in April and here it is September !!
