We were satisfied with Mr. Hasan's services. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided us with a detailed list of everything we would need. He did an excellent job filling out our paperwork and reviewing our documentation. He provided prompt responses to our questions and phone messages. He also kept on top of our case, making sure to ask for any items we missed or additional documents. We had no problems with immigration and were able to successfully submit our documentation. He did not set false expectations and was very clear and honest about the entire immigration process. He provided us with a clear timeline and explained to us thoroughly the different responses that we might receive. He also explained ahead of time, how any situations that could arise would be handled.
In my case, I had just married my American Husband and needed permission to continue living in the United States. With Mr. Hasan's help I was able to apply for and receive my greencard. He also reminded me about other deadlines that followed. Thanks to Mr. Hasan on my way to eventual citizenship.

After handling my own estate arrangements & will, I called on Richard to review and then handle my interests in the settlement of my Mom's estate. I am SO thankful that I did. Somewhat unusual arrangements complicated by naive executors and shady real estate brokers -- that took quite a bit of legwork to work-out -- were superbly resolved by Richard.
Richard's calm demeanor & knowledgeable explanations coupled with sharp insights resulted in successful resolution of a situation that could have easily spun out of control. His willingness to go the 'extra mile', with support from an excellent staff, and his updates allowed me to shed the worry I was experiencing, and feel confident that my interests were well-represented. I don’t write reviews but I had to. I do not recommend this law firm as my case was neglected and I lost 4 years of my processing time. Ms. Dahal gave all my paperwork to a paralegal based in California and never took care of anything herself. I only got her emails about online session she does advising about the immigration and advertising her law firm. That was her main focus it seems, not her clients. Being a lawyer, how can you make Typos to such important documents. My employer name was spelled incorrectly. My RFE were also notified very last minute. They added unnecessary information to my document that I came to know now and didn’t even review the documents carefully. As a Nepali, I don’t like undermining other Nepali especially a woman but I had to warn others about this firm. There are better firms!

Our family was fraudulently foreclosed on in the state of VA where the non-judicial laws are so confusing and impossible to appeal I was mostly brushed off, even mislead by other lawyers. We discussed a probate situation where my brother had recently passed. He agreed to take my case and provide me with all the necessary paperwork to close the probate process. Unfortunately, after several attempts to contact to Sam, when he DID respond, he said he was only a coach, and that was it. So when I approached him with questions about my case, he kept responding vaguely, "I'm your coach." After several attempts to reach some understanding, I realized I needed to go with a real lawyer to remedy the situation in a timely manner. Best of luck.
