I had Linda Havel as an attorney and she was great in every way and is worth MORE than what she charged. I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle and suffered a head injury and was off from work for many months and the guy who hit me had no money but she was able to fix it where I had my hospital bills covered and my expenses covered while I was off work and ended up with a nice sum of money.

Linda was our first chose. We were nieve enough to think that being with a large insurance company we would protect us. When I had a motorcycle accident that involved a driver with the the state minual insurance. I had uninsured and underinsured coverage but that ment nothing to the insurance company, they jumped through hoops to avoid payment. I went through five different claims agents, while the company tried to ware us down. Linda stay with us, she fought like a bulldog, and we finally reached a settlement that we though was fair.

Dave was a great lawyer to have both times I've needed him. He was extremely thorough and we went over all possible scenarios before we entered a plea. He kept some old offenses out of court for me and got me the bare minimum I could have expected for the plea. He's been there with the best advice in a timely fashion both times I've used his services. If I need him again, I'm glad he's there and he'll be the first person I call... but I really hope I don't need him again. :)

Amy and Alex were GREAT!!! I have been fighting the same battle with my sons mother for probably 9 years now. The first attorney didn't accomplish much other than getting a divorce decree signed. The second attorney got paid alot of money to sit next to me in the court room - that's about all he did. Amy and Alex were EXCELLENT in court - Amy argued my case extremely well and brought to light contradictions in oppositions testimony and arguement that I had never even noticed over the past 9 years. They put in the time and effort necessary to prepare for court instead of looking over a file for a few minutes before they walked in the court room as my previous attorneys have done, they were accessible when I needed them in an emergency, and they were patient with me and even comforting when the process became overwhelming.
No attorneys have ever performed to provide a better result than Amy and Alex and I couldn't be more grateful for their representation.

Then has been busy during Dec and hoping he takes client interest as Paramount. He is in the process of settlement talks and I will update this review once process is completed. Fingers crossed.

I went through the Indiana DOL for non-payment of wages from an employer late in 2014. The DOL issued a letter that demanded payment from this employer.
Mr. Weldy contacted me via e-mail informing me of the possibility of collecting damages for the late payment of wages, which I did not know I was entitled to. I was skeptical at first, but agreed to a phone conversation, and eventually agreed to pursue legal action with Mr. Weldy.
Since I am not from the Indianapolis area, we communicated via phone and e-mail. Mr. Weldy always responded promptly and was readily available on weekends and during late hours, since my work schedule did not accommodate his office hours. He filed this suit immediately, and my case was resolved within a few months.
I am very happy with the level of professionalism and treatment that I received while working with Mr. Weldy. I would definitely recommend him to any friends and/or family members. Not only did he respond and provide due diligence in his professional responsibilities, he went above and beyond on a personal level. There were many times we spoke when my toddler was around and many times I contacted him on the weekend. He was always understanding of normal life activities going on and was always extremely pleasurable to do business with.

I called to schedule a paid consultation so one of their attorneys could explain the eminent domain process and the receptionist refused to schedule it because "the attorney can't give legal advice." I never asked for advice. I just wanted to pay an attorney to explain the process to me. I will definitely look elsewhere if I end up receiving an eminent domain notice.

Steve was wonderful. They are very good at keeping expenses down. I dealt with two attorneys at this office. Both were good, but Steve was more patient and ready to help me out. I actually avoided the other attorney and let Steve finish the settlement for me. Maybe his personality was just better for me. He’s a very good attorney.
