I have a Tenant who went from ok to really bad, stopped paying rent when asked to vacate property in October 2021. So had no choice else than evicting them.
Mr. Naveed is a great help. He advised me not to get into nitty gritty, he simply asked me do i need to get the money or get the house . I wanted house so he recommended and moved with holdover case. We got judgement our favor in November and we already have warrants of eviction which can be executed, in case they don't move out by given date. So probably sheriff will have to evict them. I am very thankful for Naveed. I had a commercial eviction case that started before covid. The tenant refused to pay and dragged the case on for almost four years. - Very organized (paperwork at closing was handled swiftly and efficiently)

I hired James to enforce promissory notes that had gone unpaid. He clearly explained what he was going to do in terms of contacting the people who owed me money, and if they didn't pay up after he sent letters, what the next course of action would be. He kept me updated throughout the process, and I could tell he was not only professionally committed to my legal needs, but he genuinely cared to help me out. He was also quick to reply to my emails. Devang C. Shah is a kind, warm, centered, understanding man, who also happens to be an excellent Real Estate Lawyer. I'm a areally streesful place right now and when I saw that there was something, unexpected in the seller's contract I got quite upset. Edward Vitale essentially held my hand thru my first time home buying experience; which can be both exciting and scary. I purchased a cooperative apartment, a process with a lot of back forth, between the co-op management, seller, bank, and lawyers. During this process, Edward explained to me everything that was going to take place, step-by-step. He presented a very realistic time-frame of when to expect closing. He was able to answer all my questions in a very clear, easy to understand, manner. I was very impresses with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly manner.
During the progression, he reviewed with me the sales contract and proposed modifications that were for my benefit. He dealt fully with the other attorney without being outmaneuvered. Explained at closing all the documents I signed. Whenever we met, he was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule and always returned messages in a timely manner.
I would describe Edward as a dedicated attorney to his client. He is a very friendly, upbeat person that made it easy to work with. It was my pleasure to do business with him and would highly recommend him.

He assisted me with my will and detailed planning of my assets.
