We are a small import/export company. As such we have need for legal documents to be drawn up, reseller agreements, contract reviews, NDA's, website terms, etc.
Trying to find good legal representation can very challenging and expensive and hurt your wallet. We finally settled on Morrissey Law whom we've been with now for nearly 10 years. They have proven to be insightful, knowledgeable, professional, experienced, very competitively priced and painless. If unable to find an answer (for cases outside their specialty) they have advised of alternate solutions.
We have also trusted them for our personal legal needs as well, rental property contracts, lease termination agreements, real estate, setting up trusts, etc.
What sets the company aside is not only the personal attention they take but they don't nickel dime you should you have any quick questions, emails, phones calls etc. They take the time to try and fully understand your needs and objectives offering suggestions and advise built from years of experience and knowledge. Jeana does most of the work and has been our go-to person all these years. We very much appreciate her and the business she has built.

My business partner and I were fortunate enough to be introduced to Mr. Kuzmich just a couple of years ago and he has been our go-to guy for our own legal questions as well as for our clients ever since. He has a broad knowledge of all law, but is exceptional at contracts. My biggest pet peeve as a small business owner is when people don't respond to call, e-mails, etc. and Jim is always exceptionally responsive even in evenings and weekends and on those few occasions that he will not be available, he will let us know in advance. Angela definitely lives up to her reputation as a bull dog in the court room!!! In 2018 my husband’s ex-wife came at him, 5 years after his divorce, wanting more money. I did so much research and Angela’s reviews exceeded her. My husband later developed cancer, passed away and I chose to keep Angela in the fight as his ex fought for money from him even after death. We had our trial and as Personal Representative of his estate I stood for him. We won hands down and the ex, 6 years later, got nothing. My son was facing misdemeanor charges for driving too fast. Brandon masterfully negotiated with the local county prosecuting attorney. The misdemeanor charges were reduced to civil moving violations - speeding tickets! My son paid a hefty fine, did community service, but his record remains clean! No criminal history! I would advise against ever using her for any legal situation. I was arrested for something I was innocent of. I was assigned Kari Jill Granville as a pro bono attorney. I was incarcerated for 5 months, she would never take my phone calls, she never even got me a police report the time I was in jail, did not even discuss a trial at any time, and simply said if I was to take my case to trial I would lose, and even if I won I would be page two's for carrying a pocket knife I was carrying,come to find out that it is completely legal for me to carry it. When she did do her 2 video visits she lit one cigarette after the other. You're pretty old Keri, slow down on you're smoking!! She kept telling me to sign for 5 years, had my family convinced that was a deal of a lifetime in the email' s she sent them. Thank God I was able to hire a good attorney. I went to court with my new attorney & my new attorney had me out in 3 days. I read your response to the only other review you had, which they said they had the worst experience of their life with you. You responded with saying people can ask you to do something unethical. I asked you for nothing more than legal representation, which you could not provide in the least, how can you respond to this. I mean don't get mad,I'm only keeping it real.

I had the worst legal experience of my life with this woman. This woman did not represent my interest in fact quite the opposite. I have tried to contact her since the ramifications of her lack of representation on me and she ignores all of my phone calls. I’ve asked to see documents and reports and I’ve been denied everything. This woman is someone I would bar run far far away from. This comes from someone who served a legislative internship by scholarship and has a background in law. She is grossly negligent and doesn’t give a damn about people. She made that clear.

Even though she was assigned as a public defender, at no time did I feel that I was treated differently than if I was a full paying client. I never had to ask her to do anything specific or in a certain way because she was already doing everything the way I wanted. Throughout the whole case, her personality helped make things less stressful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needed an attorney.

I would’ve rated him four stars until now. In 2010 I nearly died in a car accident and he helped me win the court case. It took 3 years to get anything, which was crazy but now that my daughter just turned 18, she’s entitled to her portion of the settlement but we can’t get him to call us back! The bank won’t let her touch it without a release letter from him but no one will call us back!!!! I’ve tried emailing, I’ve tried calling but we are unable to get anywhere. I’m beyond angry and annoyed with him!
