I was in the market to buy a house and because 2021 was a buyer's market, many were at the mercy of the sellers and agent. I was all set to purchase a home (at an inflated price of course ) when I noticed that my ageant slipped in a substantial undisclosed fee on my final loan estimate. I discovered the fee and asked that it be removed. The ageant refused so I backed out of the deal. I subsequently contacted Attorney Peter J Mancini and for a very small incremental fee, he gave me some excellent advise as to how I could possibly recover my EMD. He patiently listened as I explained all of the details. He then took a substantial amount of time to explain all of the PRO'S and CON'S of my case and he did this in a very kind and empathetic way. He was also extremely articulate so I left the conversation with no doubt as to how to proceed. Needless to say, I followed his advise, took the case to small claims court and won the case. My family was in need of a tax attorney to help us in regards to foreign account disclosure. After coming off a terrible experience with an attorney who was non-transparent and compensated based on the rather arbitrary process of hourly billing - we decided we needed to find a tax attorney who prioritized transparency in billing in addition to competency, and we found that with Peter Mancini and PureTax Resolution.
To sum our experience up in one word - Compassion! I recently had to handle with a divorce filed by my ex in Michigan while I was living out of state. Mr. Boike was recommended to me, and I am better off for it. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and took his time to really process the details of my situation. The attention I got was highly personalized, and the counsel was wise. Mr. Boike was able to push mediation through, rather than having to go through litigation, despite my ex not being keen on mediation at first. This worked out well in the end; I definitely saved a lot of heartache and money by having Mr. Boike as my attorney. Divorce is an awful experience, and he helped minimize the stress of it all. I should also mention that his hourly rate and retainer fee were quite affordable compared to other attorneys that I researched.
