Tim is an amazing atttorney. We hired him to help a friend who had been coerced into pleading guilty out of fear and lack of understanding, to an felony offense that he didn't commit. Tim was passionate, determined, committed. He planned for every possible outcome with thoroughness, never leaving anything to chance. Consequently he preempted every move made by the prosecution. He was approachable and supportive throughout without over-promising at any stage. He also gave us a clear understanding of the costs we would incur up front and in fact because we eventually did not have to go to trial, we did not end up paying the full amount. He never nickel and dimed us with hourly charges or administrative fees. It was a simple payment structure that was easily understood and we felt incredibly fair for the amount of effort he put into the case. I cannot speak highly enough of him and have no hesitations in recommending him. Thank you for so effectively defending our friend and setting him free.

Instead of focusing on my legal matter, the firm pressured me to agree to a continuance that would significantly impact my life and the well-being of my children. It became evident that their primary concern was financial gain rather than client satisfaction.
