Mr. Gordon represented us against a fraudulent building contractor. He was tenacious against the individual. After winning in court, and gaining a sizable judgement for us, he was able to turn that judgement into a secured lein on the individual's property. As you may know, judgements don't mean you will recover your losses, but the secured lein has provided the opportunity to actually recover our initial losses. I highly recommend Harry Gordon for any business needs. He set up my corporation, fought my former employer that tried to sue me as I was starting up, and has given me great legal advise along the way. My husband had mutlipule traffic citations in multiple counties in NC from his college days that resulted in a suspended license. Mr. O'Neal went to 3 of those counties to handle each citation. These counties were a few hours away from each other. Mr. O'Neal was in constant communication with me during the entire process and got my husband the best possible outcome. He got all of his charges either reduced or dismissed and he didn't receive any points on his license. I would recommend Mr. O'Neal to anyone looking for an attorney that truly has his client's best interest at heart. Attorney Medlin is an excellent lawyer. I am a private provider whom was targeted by DHHS in an audit in which they requested almost 1 million dollars, alleged in over payment. Upon my initial contact with Mr. Medlin he quickly came to my defense, formed a plan of action and was very well prepared to go to trial however though his expertise and injunity he was able to stop them from trying to terminate my medicaid number and cleverly enlightened them on all the mistakes they made during my audit, while pointing out to them their benefit financially for not finding the needed items in my records, as the auditors receive a percentage of whats paid back in their findings. He proved to them that not only were my records in tack but also that they failed to accept responsibility for their system errors which have caused many problems with providers being held accountable for their failed authorization system. Needless to say this is an awesome man who walked me through the whole process, assisted me with document searches, and made sure I understood all aspects of this overwhelmingly agonizing process.
