I reached out to Cari for legal assistance after my ex-husband served me with demands for an out-of-state visitation agreement for our teenage daughter. At the time, I had full physical/legal custody and my daughter was against the proposed travel schedule.
Cari was a fierce advocate for both of us. She expertly managed a tense situation with compassion and strength. She stayed level-headed and expertly navigated negotiations no matter what the other side threw at us.

David was great in helping my boyfriend and I close on a house. He is a very patient man and very helpful in understanding that my boyfriend preferred to email/text instead of call. During the closing process, David helped us understand how everything works in layman's terms. He also made sure to check in every now and then to see if the lenders would push through earlier, but again, David was very patient even when we were not.
Overall, David Liberty is the guy to go to when you want something done. He does well in explaining everything and will make sure that you are getting what you need/want for a good reason. I thank those who introduced me to David Liberty since he is a genuine man to work with.

I needed an attorney to handle some UTMA accounts that my mother left to my grandchildren. I needed to become the new custodian and was having a major problem finding someone who knew what to do and also which state to do it in. I live in Texas and was travelling to Illinois on an estate matter and was able to find Stephanie. Although this was not a routine situation, she was able to navigate the process and get the matter settled. I found her rate to be very reasonable.

First time using Zeidman & Carpenter for a real estate closing and it won't be the last! Lee and Corrie were great communicators during this super quick 7 day closing requested by the buyer. Lee had to navigate finding a surveyor who could get the property surveyed quickly which he did before I was able to utilize my contacts in this area at a very reasonable price. They were fantastic to work with and am looking forward to the next real estate transaction.

DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THOMAS. He is the best. He listens, he communicates directly, and explains anything you may not understand, patiently, more than once. Thomas is also not a "Let's Do it Over Zoom" or "I'll fit you in for a call between This and That" type of lawyer. He's attentive, personable, and prefers to meet in-person (remember those days?) versus trying to hurry you off a call like so many others in his profession. Thomas is the consummate professional, and if your case takes you to any court appearance, like mine did, you will rest easy knowing Thomas is in your corner! Helping to facilitate meetings is not a long line of assistants or back-and-forth emails; Thomas' legal assistant Alondra is also a total pro, and will literally get back to you within an hour if not sooner. I can't recommend Thomas more highly, he won my case, and I will be forever grateful for his time (well-priced for your budget), attention, and expertise.

I was in a pretty bad spot. I had, in hindsight, said some things I shouldn't have said had I known the trouble it would bring. Nevertheless, I called someone out for shady activity online and I ended up entangled in a lawsuit over it.
I went to a list of lawyers who were willing to help people in a situation not unlike mine and found Mudd Law. After speaking with Charles he agreed to take my case at a really reasonable price and let me work out a fair payment plan. This case could have financially ruined me for the foreseeable future and I needed help badly.
Mr. Mudd was very helpful and personable right from the first phone call and I was very comfortable explaining the situation and following the sensible advice he offered. I quickly lost the notion I was dealing with a "lawyer" but was instead dealing with a real person who had a personal and professional interest in helping me solve my problem without trying to fleece me in the process.
In the end we were all able to come up with an amicable solution to the problem and it didn't break me financially. I also learned some lessons from my own actions and the guidance I received on how to not end up in a situation like this again, or, if I do, how to handle it better and more importantly, who to turn to if I need real legal console.
Thanks again for all your help. You helped walk me through a nightmare and come out stronger on the other side. I'll never forget your kindness and professionalism.

If you are having IRS issues I highly recommend Gordon Law without hesitation and will be using them again should I have any other IRS issues. I was able to sleep after retaining them for representation and they got on my IRS notices immediately. If you get lucky ask for Daneil Urban. I contacted Michael Brandwein at Gordon Law to fix mistakes made on my taxes and fbar for multiple years, and to file my current taxes which were complicated by moving internationally and having cryptocurrency sales which were not tracked by an exchange.
I discussed several concerns with Michael and he addressed all of them and recommended how to fix those mistakes. There are also some gray areas relating to international account reporting and cryptocurrency for which there is no published guidance which he advised on.
Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I had several questions and he responded to them quickly. If you have a complicated issue, you are in good hands.

We worked with Ryan Gardner and his team at Howard & Howard to redo from scratch our previous estate plan. The original plan had been created more than 10 years ago with a different firm, and although that firm came highly recommended, we were disappointed with its people, their process, and ultimately the plan. In stark contrast, Ryan and his team generously provided us with the care, expertise, and guidance we needed. The end result for us was creation of a strong estate plan that we understand so we have confidence it meets our family’s needs.
Here’s what Ryan and his team gave us that the other prominent firm did not:
• A robust initial call to get acquainted, to understand our goals and needs, to explain estate planning concepts in simple terms, and to identify the process and people with whom we’d be working; we couldn’t believe how much time we were given on this call.
• An engagement letter so the process and pricing were formalized and understood up-front. It gave us comfort and confidence to proceed. There were no silly or hidden costs.
