Elizabeth treated me with great compassion and patience as this was the first time I had ever dealt with the legal system. Somehow, she was able to help me get past my paranoia, cut through all the BS(mine as well as the three insurance companies we dealt with) without making me want to gobble my handy cyanide tablets at the same time. Although I was perhaps overly researched and mired in the 40 million documents my insurance company tried to bury me under, she was able to keep things simple - which is what I really needed. When it was all said and done - I felt like I could trust this lawyer - her rates were very reasonable - and her attitude was kick-ass.
