Mr. Schacter was easily accessible when needed. He was always at the hearings promptly or early. When asked questions he answered to the best of his knowledge. He was reassuring in regards to feeling confident about the clients success in the case. His assistant was always available and helpful when phoned. My case settled but he made sure that the settlement agreement was satisfactory and in my best interest.
