I needed someone fluent both in Spanish and English. Someone recommended Emilia, she is not just bilingual but she has cross-cultural competence. Attorney Wade is a good lawyer. I have used him quite often through the years. About 20 years ago, I was in a bad car accident. Someone referred him to me, because I knew the issue was bigger than I was. He came to where I was at the time, talked to me patiently, and answered all my questions and concerns. He reassured me that everything was going to be alright. It was just that, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He kept me informed every step of the way. Since then I have used him for bankruptcy, again Attorney Wade came through. I went through a divorce and child support was needed, I called him, he referred me to someone close and faithful as himself. I can't find enough good things to say about Ms. Hard sick. She represented me in a misdemeanor disturbing the peace case.
She was receptive to my ideas and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. I had quite a few questions and she always provided thorough explanations.
She kept in mind my situation, living out of state, and did her best with keeping my envolvement as much as needed (entering my plea). The day of trial I was initially confused about the strategy, but it was brilliant and it worked. This is why I'm not a lawyer and why I hired one. Trust the expert! Ok so let's see if I can get a reply to this since there has been no luck any other way. I was involved in a motorcycle accident where I had matt and Shelby roden accept my case. After signing the contract that was last I heard from them. I have left messages and emails even went to Facebook expressing my concerns with no reply. It wasn't until I left a message about the other person insurance company contacting me did I finally get a return call but not from Matt a representative from another state. I'm about to find other representation.
