Ben helped with my husband and my estate planning. He was very quick to answer my questions, and inform me of things I should include that I had not thought about. This is especially important to me because it helps to protect my children. The best attorney around whatever your needs. He takes his time we meet in person, he went above and beyond I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. I didn’t meet anyone that was hateful. Everyone had a smile on their face and answers your call when you call them. I had another disability attorney in Jackson we never meet him and he finally told me there was nothing else he could do for us. Within a few months with Mr. Barnes my disability was approved. I have the documentation the FOIA for my case. Mr. Weinman told me when I received it to contact him and he would take a look at it but would not guarantee he would take the case. When I sent him the documents he was extremely rude and Non professional in my professional opinion. I have been in the corporate world for 10 years. I’m 31 and the customer always has come first. I was always nice and polite because that’s how you handle business. I just wanted him to take a look at the documents I got. First it was once you get the right to Sue call me. Then it was once you get the FOIA documents contact me and now it’s I don’t want your business stop contacting me. This shows you how this business operates. I offered to pay. Still absolutely disrespectful. Don’t come to this law firm they just want an easy W and easy money If they have to work they tell you to kick rocks. 0 stars
