I was looking to buy my first house and reached out to Michael. He was very calm and composed and explained me the complete process of home buying and made me feel at ease. I decided at that point itself that he will be my lawyer. The home buying process is lengthy and complex but Michael was always there to explain each step in the process and guided me whenever required. Also he provided great insight which really helped me and negotiated on my behalf with the seller so I can get the maximum sellers credit. He and his team really made the process smooth and kept me on track to close the house much sooner than the offer closing date. On the day of closing there was last minute issues that came up but Michael was quick to identify a solution which really helped me to close the house.

I can't speak highly enough of Aurel. I told my client to call Aurel for his services for the sale of his property and am beyond happy I did. The sale started off pretty easy and quickly turned into a nightmare due to a lot of unforseen circumstances. It took us three times to get the property sold and Aurel stuck with us the whole time. He is an absolute professional and knows his craft in and out. Not only is he an excellent lawyer but he is a down-to-earth, great guy. He didn't heavy hand us because he was the lawyer and we weren't, he spoke to us with respect and came from a place of wanting to do his best to help. I don't know what we would have done without him for this deal. In my opinion, the legal world is a better place with someone with his attitude. Atty Garrett Simulcik was an amazing help to us in an eviction and sale of our rental property in 2022. He took on what we all thought would be a standard eviction case which turned sideways at all possible points. He navigated us through the disjointed Hudson County court system as they were figuring out a post-COVID docket load. He also deftly dealt with a former tenant whose apparent main goal was not resolution but to cause additional grief for all involved. In the end we gained possession and were able to put the condo on the market. Next, Mr. Simulcik got us through closing including an 11th hour twist with the buyer trying to gain additional concessions protecting us from more expense. His deep knowledge and experience through all of our matters was absolutely invaluable. He guided us to understand the law better in our situation, including help correct misconceptions we picked up online.
