Hard to find. The attorney I talked to (the owner) about helping with my mom's estate so much as told me it wasn't worth his time for the amount of her estate because he makes $300 an hour. Thank you for your honesty, but that information was not necessary. We left crying during this difficult time and he left us feeling no better with his 15 minutes of a free consultation. We went elsewhere, were treated with empathy and respect. Now we are getting stuff taken care of.

Philip Hamilton is a great lawyer who genuinely cares about his clients.
I had a family court case that was a custody battle between my deceased wife's brother and I.
At the time my health was really bad. I was suffering from heart disease and some other acute health issues that resulted in getting surgery.
I had been out of work and was on leave but my pay wasnt the same.
Attorney Hamilton assured me that he could help and he did just that.
He just charged me for court filings and told me to just concentrate on getting better.
He worked out all the paperwork in court and diligently assisted me all the way to an agreement and now my children are in a great place to were I co parent with their uncle.
I constantly recommend him as my lawyer..

Ean Hamilton helped me set up my LLC. The entire time required of me was less than an hour, and it was final 10 days later (8 business days), including the EIN. Ean did all the brain work and guided me through the process. She was super responsive and laid out everything that was required of me now and in the future. It was a great value and totally worth the cost compared with doing it myself and worrying I would get something wrong. Working with Ean was a pleasure, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to set up an LLC within Michigan.

Did a very nice job on my mothers estate. We had some complications with banks and family managing the estate. The estate also had a lot to pieces. Jim was good and we got the solution we wanted. Charged reasonable rates, met with us in person, over the phone and by email.

Thank goodness for DeMent & Marquardt! My dad started working with Bill Millard to organize his legal affairs several years ago, and it was one of the best decisions he ever made. When I had to take over legal/financial responsibilities after my dad couldn't, Bill was right there to make everything easy and understandable. After both of my parents died (my dad in 10-14 and my mom in 1-16) Bill was there again to help me navigate the complicated process. He also assisted me in finding a wonderful realtor (Rick Crepas - he really went above and beyond as well) to sell the family home, and Bill helped to deal with other assets, such as my dad's car. Charles Ofstein from DeMent & Marquardt helped with my mom's estate and was just as fabulous - it was great teamwork all around.
Here's the clincher - all of this took place took place cross country, as I live in Washington State! What should have been an extremely difficult undertaking was made Stress-Free because of Bill and his team. The Estate has just officially closed, and I couldn't be happier.
