I cannot do justice to Craig and his staff in the limited space available. I have known Craig for 35 years. He has represented my wife and I in 2 separate instances over the years. In my circumstance, communication was very important and challenging. Due to a head injury, my wife suffers short-term memory issues. Craig and his staff were amazingly patient, understanding and accommodating. They made sure everything was understood and never showed any frustration in repeating what had been previously discussed. They performed follow-up communication to ensure nothing was missed as well. He and his staff showed such understanding that it still pulls at my heart. I wish everyone could be as wonderful as they were. Craig communicated continuously, in terms we could understand. He also kept us informed of the processes taking place and the next steps to be taken. We were never left guessing or wondering what happens next. He and his staff were always there for us. Clarke Dray was wonderful to work with. The advice he provided me saved me a large amount of time and money, saved me a massive headache of legal trouble, and got me out of a few sketchy programs that were not helping me. Guess what else? I didn’t pay him a dime. Clarke Dray provided this information to me in order to help me through a difficult time in my life, despite the fact I may not be using his company’s services (I got a lucky break from a generous family member). I don’t leave reviews often, but if you aren’t going through this company for legal advice with bankruptcy, you should be.
I know how hard it can be, and how stressful everything may seem. However, Clarke Dray made me feel like I could get through everything with an honest approach. I am absolutely grateful. Even after I mentioned I no longer needed help, he mentioned he was happy to help anyway and even reminded me to fill out a specific form I would have otherwise forgotten about. This form may save me even more money on my taxes.

I was wrongfully accused of a crime while other lawyers told me to take a plea I went to Leonard and he took the case to trial. Although the county had several witnesses against me , Leonard was able to get to the truth and I was found not guilty. Leonard's work on the case saved me and my family.

I thought it was pretty unprofessional when I was called back by someone in the office (paralegal?) to demand my business after telling them I was more comfortable with another attorney. Is it your company's policy to berate potential clients and attempt to bully them into working with your firm? This attitude may have worked decades ago but it shows how out of touch your law office is with the times. Typical ambulance chaser behavior.

Elaine Lukic was a godsend when I was at a tough point in my life. In the beginning of 2023, I was being charged for misdemeanors in two different cases and felt very lost. When Elaine first contacted me on the free consultation, she put me at ease very quickly and I remember her saying that she would quash both cases and get them off my record. Fast forward to 2024 and sure enough both cases were quashed and the misdemeanors were downgraded to deferred probation for six months and both of those have been sealed. I can’t say enough great things about Elaine and how much she literally saved me from being eaten up by the justice system. Thank you again and I can’t recommend her enough.

I had an overall positive experience being represented by Nathaniel. I thought that he did a great job behind the scenes working to get the prosecutor to dismiss my case. I wish he had done a little more to let me know what the status of my case was but whenever I had questions, he got back to me and filled me in on the issues that I was worried about. I would give this attorney ZERO stars, but that is impossible. I hired Mr. Baca to represent me in my criminal case. He claims his flat fee is warranted because he is to do the same about of work if the case goes to trial or if a plea is accepted. He advised me to plea. I should of seen that coming. He spent about 10 mins in court with me. He must of spent 30 mins total on my case, and most of that was him notifying the court of his entry of appearance. He never contacted me about my case. I was in jail, and he never spoke with me. He did not review the discovery with me and he did not even formulate a defensive for me. He sure kept that flat fee he charged and he did nothing for me. Nothing. He has not taking a case to trail in over 6 years. . A public defender would serve you better. Save your money. He demonstrated limit knowledge of the law and even less knowledge of court room procedures.

I want to think Nathaniel for the work he did for my brother. My brother was fetching a life sentence in Arapaho. The case ended up taking a couple of years. Nathaniel kept fighting the whole time. He never give up on my brother when he needed it. Nathaniel managed to get a really good offer out of the DA and my brother happily took it. I am getting to see my brother again.

They gave me many options and Adrienne has always been nice. It's annoying that they don't have an online payment option. Sending a check via certified mail every month sucks. They also charge a lot, it's very expensive if you have to deal with them. I recommend avoiding them if possible. There are worse debt collectors out there. Most of these reviews are just mad at the HOA.
