Michael Pescatore enabled me to finally feel protected when he represented me in a Civil Construction Law Suit. He took over the case after I had a bad experience with two other firms. Mike did an amazing job as he was knowledgeable, conscientious, and thorough , along with many other professional qualities . He educated and guided me through depositions and a mediation involving me against 3 opposing attorneys. I retained Mike Pescatore for a case that I was personally involved in last year. I needed an attorney that had experience in commercial litigation and could handle a file through trial, should the case not settle. Al inicio del proceso su servicio es de acuerdo a lo que buscan tomar el caso sin embargo por experiencia propia es entendible que un caso lleva tiempo que la paciencia es un requisito tomando el caso te dan una seria de pasos que se tomarán la complejidad del caso y la forma de comunicación con el cliente que eres tú mismo y la comunicación de los casos es pobre no se comunican contigo hasta después de estar insistiendo si por tu parte sabes que tu caso es muy complejo y fuerte y has investigado y no has conseguido resultados no tomes un abogado que te diga lo mismo que as Investigado cuenta propia si contratas un servicio y desde el comienzo expones la gravedad del caso no creas en promesas falsas no pagues nada si tienes un caso fuerte difícil posiblemente casos sencillos obtengan resultados como es en un trabajo lo fácil todos lo hacen busca un abogado honesto y que te de resultados así tenga que mover medio mundo por la complejidad de tu caso recalco no todos los casos son iguales en mi caso pagué adelantado sin investigar más a fondo en donde poner mi caso les deseo lo mejor en si caso y que obtengan resultados no paguen si no hai resultados y el te regreso la llamada ten paciencia 1 o 2 semanas o llam de nuevo para que no pierdas tu lugar en espera

Don’t recommend save your money. He said I needed to pay in full so that he could work my case. I paid over $11,000 and no results what so ever. Find a different lawyer instead he truly did a lousy job with my case. It has been pending since 2017 and his more than impossible to reach.
