Matt has provided invaluable legal services for my real estate business. First, he helped me win a lawsuit against a former tenant for damages, and then he successfully paved the way for garnishment of wages. In another case, he helped me to sue a former tenant for extensive damages and to reach a fair settlement out of court. More recently, he prepared the documents for my LLC, including an operating agreement. Matt does a great job of communicating with his clients, other attorneys and judges. Chase traveled nearly 200 miles round trip to be co-counsel to the attorney that I hired at no additional charge. He was brilliant in using collateral estoppel in my family law case when my son's abusive father tried to use the court to gain access to private medical information that had previously been litigated. Needless to say, the opposing party eventually dropped their motion to modify when they realized they couldn't win. I was a trustee who was settling a living trust written by Ms Dent-Bennett. First, the trust was well written and comprehensive which allowed the funds to be distributed as outlined in the trust. Second, she provided excellent guidance to me, as trustee, which made my job a lot easier. Third, her rates were reasonable. And finally, she was very responsive. I'm strongly considering moving my business to her if I need to make changes to my estate.

When I was in an accident in May of 22, I saw right away that the insurance company of the at fault member was not going to be easy to work with. I had never hired a lawyer before and had no idea where to start. Horn law had great reviews on here, which led me to their office. They took great care of me throughout my recovery process and kept on top of everything until my settlement was complete 9 months later. I'm 100% satisfied with all aspects of her own law firm: Amazing staff, professional, family feel, straightforward, honest, got me the best results I could get quickly, knowledgeable, prompt to get answers or get back to me, and kid first focus.
The kid first focus is the way it should be! :) Her being honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable made things very smooth and quick.
Only possible negative is the retainer fee is higher than some. I'd still 100% recommend someone retaining her services.

After I hired Kirby it was one excuse after another. 2.5 years for a simple modification and he couldn’t handle that. He canceled meetings after I took day off work and drove 200 miles because his tummy hurt, very hard to reach, little to no follow up and zero gumption. All he did was take my money. Had to fire him because he was completely incompetent.
