I recently hired Mr. Mossman to resolve a civil family issue. Without his guidance and consult in this matter, I do not believe the case would have been resolved so quickly and painlessly. From the start, Mr. Mossman provided excellent guidance on the matter and respected my wishes to be removed from any communication with those involved. It was a big relief to have him working on this case because he handled everything directly and efficiently while keeping me completely informed throughout the entire process. He was honest, quick to act, and very knowledgeable. I would certainly hire him again in the future!

I hired Mr. Mossman to resolve a civil dispute and he settled my case favorably in the best timely manner. Mr. Mossman has an acute sense of direction and it’s remarkable the confidence he holds to tackle any hurdle. James plays by the book and does not cut corners. The sophisticated charm he presence himself with establishes a comfortable and relaxed environment for both parties no matter the issues encountered. James is stern and competitive while simultaneously thinking clear as he dives into situations with a level headed mind. One thing I do not recommend is playing golf with him. You might as well not show up because he will embarrass you. I would highly recommend James Keane Mossman.

Kathryn handled my home refinance closing and the
transaction went perfect and couldn't have gone smoother. On another occasion, Kathryn
advised my wife and me regarding our wills, and we look forward to
working with her on our wills and powers of attorney. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kathryn and appreciate her competency, knowledge of the law, and pleasant demeanor. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for legal advise and help.

Kathryn Rauton was a wonderful attorney and I'm glad we choose her. Even though we had some problems with the title to our property, she explained them in a way that I could understand and she gave us options on how to fix them. She took her time with me and my wife and I did not feel rushed at all. She answered all of our questions and if she was not sure about the answer, she researched it and responded quickly. Her prices weren't bad either. I have found that with attorneys, you usually get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Ms. Rauton to our friends and family and we will be using her again in the future should we need an attorney.

Attorney Edward Eubanks was a "God-Send" to me on several occasions. He was very polite, courteous, informative and very professional. He made me feel so "at home" in his presence that I now just call him Attorney "Ed". I first went to Ed to assist me with the purchase of property. He made that situation one that was as stress free as possible. He is one of the best attorney's that I have ever dealt with and I am so thankful to have met him.

Worked with him on several complex corporate matters. He is diligent, smart, and represented his company very well. Adams has an incredible recall of even the smallest detail which he uses to win cases. As far as company general counsel go, he is among the best nationwide. He is a hands-on in all things--business, compliance/governance, litigation, and has a good grounding from his days in private law practice. He has an extensive network of witnesses, counsel, and political contacts which he draws on when needed to assist with cases.

This lawyer was hired to transfer a automobile title from my relative to me. He was paid in advance. Never heard from him again. He did not respond to voicemails, emails, nor registered letters.

I was referred to Mr. Hardy by another attorney to handle my father’s estate. From the beginning Mr. Hardy has avoided my calls and emails. He NEVER answers his cell phone. The voicemail on his office phone is always full, so a message can’t be left. I am currently trying to contact him to confirm he sent the final documents to the Clerk of Court so my father’s estate can be closed (2 years after his death 🙄). If anyone speaks with Mr. Hardy, please ask him to contact me!!

I definitely felt like her opinion was biased and her opinion was in favor of my ex who has a six figure income. I got very judgemental looks and attitude from her. I would never recommend her. Oh and she likes to send you bills 5 months after they are do saying they need to be paid in 30 days or she will freaking SUE you? How is that ethical?
