My plumbing company hired them to create a simple document at the request of my liability insurance vendor as they came recommended by our contractor's association. They took my phone call, took a retainer, and then I didn't hear from them for 47 days. After repeated attempts to get them to respond to any form of hail (email/phone calls/VMs) they finally produced a document that included items that were not requested and rendered the final product valueless to my company.
They have repeatedly ignored all forms of outreach to revise the document (even with the overture of more money). Worked with a firm partner and a paralegal.
