I worked with Dave to recoup contract monies that were owed to me. The contract person within the organization tried to coerce me into accepting not getting paid for a majority of the contract hours, despite the fact that they were entirely valid. Dave was a huge help in taking over the direct conversations and pressing for the organization to make good on the contract. Despite it being a juggernaut organization, Dave helped me get all of the contract money owed. Without his help, this outcome probably would have been impossible, and the issue CERTAINLY wouldn't have been resolved anywhere near as quickly and painlessly as it was... I have known Adam Beckman for about 15 years. 12 years ago he represented me in a challenging situation and produced great results. Adam is very straightforward, a "No beat around the bush" type of lawyer. He is very thorough when explaining to a client what the options are and how to get those results. I find his fees to be fair based on the results achieved.The Beckman Law Firm is prompt in it's communication from the top down. His staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.
Today we closed a case involving my son who is incarcerated outside the State of Colorado. That made it challenging. Adam accomplished exactly what he said was possible. Just trying to find a dental malpractice lawyer in the Denver area was not easy. I got Very lucky when I reached out to Bucks office. They contacted me quickly and spent time getting to know me and my case. It wasn't all about how much money my case was worth, as other firms can be. They investigated my claims and realized pretty quickly that I had a malpractice suit. Buck and Alex were great at explaining the process and sharing the things coming to light in my records. I had relocated to a different state and they worked with my current dentists diligently to get the real story. The process can make you a little crazy (at least it did me 😁), but they worked with me to make some difficult decisions. In the end we settled, but I was able to get the money to help restore my dental health and I can't thank them enough. If you need dental malpractice help, Buck should be your choice. Don't sit in pain. If someone should pay for poor dental care, make them. Call Buck.

Kim took my case, knowing that she may not be commpensated at all. She let me know she wanted to at least stand up to them. If we hadn't reached a settlement outside of court, then she wasn't going to charge me anything. I really am grateful for Kim being there for me. As I was turned away by another lawyer who said I didn't have a case. I had just about given up. Thank you, Kim.
