Joel is absolutely amazing. I got rear ended last year, and it wasn’t until after I was hurt and realized that it wasn’t going away that I decided to take action. I had called Issac’s and Issac’s first and hated the way that I was treated like I was just a number instead of a human being. Joel immediately made me feel welcome, and relaxed. He definitely took the stress and pressure off that arises out of these situations. I had never experienced anything like this kind of accident, being hurt from an accident, or any of other stuff that comes with it (ie: chiropractors, specialists, physical therapy, etc.) from the beginning me made sure I had complete understanding and support from medical to legal. His main focus was ensuring I got better, instead of just focusing on money. That was not the experience I had with any other lawyer or firm at the beginning of this whole experience. I was first referred to Joel by my sister who had gotten in a bad accident a year before mine. I called him, set a meeting, and met at his old louisville office. (Its a stunning building.) He's a laid back guy, has a good sense of humor, and is very professional. He's not a slip-and-fall-my-neck-suddently-hurts lawyer. He's legitimate, not a lazy or self serving lawyer. He works to get you healed first, and paid second. If another car ever wipes me off the road again, I'll be calling Joel.

I was overwhelmed with annoying phone calls and letters regarding several debt collectors that seemed to me to be way too aggressive and intrusive. In the few dealings that I've had over my personal and professional life with attorneys, I can't say that customer service is at the top of their priority list. Oftentimes, I'd have to follow up with them because they "got busy" or they were "in court" or they were "just thinking of me and were getting ready to email me." But that is not the case with Amy Cahill. Ms. Cahill and I have never met in person. I was referred to her. I was told that she was someone who could assist me in obtaining a copyright for my book. From the start, Ms. Cahill was responsive to my inquiry and subsequent emails. She was knowledgeable about the subject matter and clear and direct in her communications with me which is the way I like it. It is obvious, to me, that she prides herself on delivering the highest level of customer service to her clients. I was VERY impressed and am grateful that we were able to work together!! I had a long term disability claim that I was fighting with Prudential Insurance. I had received a denial letter after I been approved and received benefits for the previous four years even though my condition had not improved an in fact had deteriorated. I tried to weave through the appeal process myself and was very overwhelmed. After doing some research I found Erik. He was more than helpful and although very professional, he was easy to talk to and sympathetic. He took over the appeal process and fought for me and my benefits was reinstated. Then again two years later I received the denial letter again. I immediately called Erik and he went to work for me again! I cannot thank him enough for fighting for me and relieving my stress throughout the appeal process!

I was pulled over for peculiar reasons and then cited for narcotics in my back seat that I didn't know were there. As a recent college graduate looking for jobs and graduate schools this was the worst thing I could have on my record, and it was overwhelmingly stressful. Aaron's professionalism is what kept me sane. He constantly informed me as to the status of my case. He always gave me an accurate prediction of where the case would go from there, staying realistic but giving comforting optimism. If I was ever unsure about something he was always willing to answer his phone or meet in person as long as he was available and help explain it to me. All of this, combined with Aaron being a former Public Defender, thereby knowing the prosecutors and the system in general, led to settlements that resulted in my charges being dropped. Aaron is the reason I wasn't punished the rest of my life for one stupid mistake; the reason I can continue my education and get a professional job. I can not recommend Aaron Price enough.

After being permanently injured on the job, with no medical procedure available to reverse my condition, I was at a loss as to where to turn. My Bursitis/Lower Back/SI Joint condition was rare, and treatments unsuccessful. Even though I was awarded SSD quickly, I had to fight for workman's compensation, as my employer refused to accept liability. From the beginning, Peter Naake knew my case would be difficult to prove (as it was "repetitive motion" causation), but he stuck with me throughout the ordeal, never giving up on the case, or me.
