When my daughter's divorce left her with debts that were beyond her means to repay, I went with her to meet John. It quickly became clear that bankruptcy was the best option. He explained the process in understandable terms. He completed all the necessary filings and within a couple of months my daughter's debts were discharged.
John was great throughout the process. At our first meeting, he immediately put us at ease. His customer service was top notch. He responded to all communications and followed through on all commitments both during and after discharge. Everything went very smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone.

John Has been a God sent to me. I am a widow with one daughter. When I first walked into his office and met the staff and then met him I knew I was in the right place.He treat me with the up most respect. first of all, she is a wonderful human being. she is patient, ambitious, detail oriented, very determined and her knowledge of business law is unmatched. she is very sincere and she cares about her clients, not only professionally but personally. i hired her for a business contract between me and the landlord. she walked with me thoroughly and explained everything in detail just to make sure the landlord did not have the advantage over me. she was willing to take the extra step to come to my house just to make sure i understand and know what i'm getting myself into.

I am pleased that I had the consultation with Sean Shultz. I had questions about estate work being done be another practice. Dolly, Paralegal, was clear in her emailed instructions of items needed, and prompt in replying to my questions. During the phone consultation, Sean listened to my questions and concerns. Debra Mehaffie and her law farm is very unstable. Two attorneys quit in a matter of one month. There is no professionalism and Debra talks over you. There is no accountability. Do not hire this law firm to represent you in any matter. She is also money hungry and the billing department is not correct when sending statements. If I could recommend a 0 it would be negative 0. The treatment and tone of emails from this law firm and Debra Mehaffie herself is disrespectful in so many ways.
