Had a great experience setting up our living trust. We had put it off for so long because we found the process so intimidating. Trevor and his staff made it so easy. We appreciated the flat rate for all of the documents that our situation required. Most of the discussions were done online with one in-person appointment for signing. The communication between the office and us was wonderful. They know how to use technology to simplify the process. Trevor was highly recommended to us by a trusted friend and he STILL exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful experience with Trevor in setting up our trust. The previous one dated from 1990 and was hopelessly out of date. The preliminaries were all done by phone and the signing (and more signing) was done in a morning. They had been recommended to us and they certainly exceeded our expectations.

We found Conor to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Conor assisted us on general easement, and property right issues. The big issue at hand had to deal with our rights on an adandond county road that had not been deeded over to the property owners. He helped us navigate some fencing issues and live stock issues as well. Personable and compassionate, we would highly recomend Conor Massey and the staff at Gaw Van Male.

Mr. Kelly Wallace is a respectable gentleman who assisted me in maintaining calm with his professionalism and timely responsiveness. Before finding Kelly, I had researched and contacted four lawyers, one of whom referred Kelly to me. After meeting with him for a short time, I chose to hire Mr. Wallace to help me. I have never needed a lawyer before, and without his help, I would not have moved forward. As I am a nervous and anxious person, Mr. Wallace provided the perfect balance of information, calm, and decisiveness. He was respectful in that he never made me feel foolish for my questions or lack of understanding. I am in my 40s and Kelly was the first and only lawyer I ever hired. There couldn't possibly be anyone who could have done a finer job and it was a gift to have had his tremendous assistance.

Attorneys Michael Murphy and Alison Roades-Brown are batting 1000 for me. They helped me favorably resolve two pressing business matters this last year. I would very much like to thank Brent Kaspar and his esteemed colleagues at Kaspar & Lugay LLP for helping me take care of my family during very difficult times. Brent not only showed us that he was extremely knowledgeable on family law, but he was also compassionate and empathetic; taking the time to listen to us and even agreeing to see us without a scheduled meeting because he knew how stressed out we were.
Brent and his team are wonderful professionals. In their communications, they always got back to us right away. In their explanations of the law, they were thorough and intelligent and gave us straight information; they never gave us false hopes. Their integrity and trustworthiness are second to none.
Brent also took the time to work hand in hand with my husband, earning my husband’s trust. My husband’s previous lawyer worked on this same case, did very little if anything at all to help us. Though she was very happy to send us the bill.

I am just really bummed in my situation . Can I ask a question to you folks ? If your case is about to settle don’t you think if any more fees you may have before settling your case it should be told to you up front ? I paidthem15,0000 dollars at the end of 12,500 before I settled and then ended up owing another 2500 plus? I feel a lawyer you hire should tell you other fees you may owe before settling your court case . Like hey you only have 900 left of your retainer and you’re gonna owe another 2500 on top of that before we settle just so you understand before taking a deal for your divorce ok ? Don’t you think that would be proper etiquette because if I was someone’s lawyer specifically who’s
When filing for disability and even if I wasn’t I’d tell them so they know and don’t get blindsided by more fees when all is said and done I got no money out of my settlement because she didn’t tell me my other fees .Very upsetting wouldn’t have settled my case whatsoever period if they had told me I had so much more money in fees owed to the firm. Caryn Hreha isn’t really ready to be a divorce attorney she needs more help preparing properly for her clients . Choose another person way too much money and not enough done . Then she will cut you off and not be your lawyer when you explain your upset with how the end of your case was handled, not proper etiquette whatsoever . Not ok .
