A Neighbor cut down my trees in Connecticut and Attorney Piedra and Christine were immensely helpful!
They were very clear with communication every step of the way and Attny Piedra even got back to me during odd hours.
I would highly recommend Attny Piedra as I could not have asked for anything to have been handled differently.

Going through any court process can be stressful,especially without proper representation. When I decided to start looking for an Attorney,Kalled Law offices was the first name that popped up. I called and immediately had a response.Following that response I was scheduled for a consultation,very quickly. Going into the consultation as a young mom looking for help I was initially nervous. I knew what I wanted and needed someone who would listen,give me solid advice and answers. When I arrived at the office and spoke with Katrina those nerves went away,I felt almost at home in the office. Katrina was helpful,consistent and calm. Then I had the pleasure of talking with Attorney John Kalled,who very early on I knew was listening,taking in the information I was splurging out and already solving the issues in his head. Attorney Kalled was also very calm and collected in his advice and answers,very caring and made me feel as though he wanted what was best for not only my child but me as well. I went in looking for an Attorney and a team that would fight with pride and determination, all of the individuals at this office met those expectations. The response time between contact with this team is incredibly fast,after court hearings Attorney Kalled would call me seconds after the hearing ended to check with me and make sure I understood exactly what happened. (Because of covid-19 all of our court proceedings ended up being moved to phone in court hearings) Attorney Kalled would explain simply what everything meant and answered any questions I had. I'm so glad I found Attorney Arnold. It was just an online search and sometimes you get lucky. Patrick is responsive, patient, and thorough. He explains issues and any legal implications in as much (or little) detail as one requires. I have a tenant problem (lack of rent payments, refusal to leave) that is still ongoing. At our first court hearing, Patrick got them to sign and honor an agreement to start paying immediately and to leave by a certain date. I'm happy to report that they DID make payments and they DID vacate the premises. I would not have been able to accomplish this on my own. My case continues, as there is still an issue of prior monies owed, but I'm very confident that a satisfactory resolution will be reached. Not only is Patrick extremely well-versed in the law and comfortable with the negotiations, but he was able to get my tenants OFF their BUTTS and he did it at an extremely affordable rate. I could not be happier with his services and highly enourage hiring him for your appropriate legal needs.

If you are reading this review because you are considering Patrick Arnold as your choice for legal representation I strongly recommend that you hire him and read this review. I was facing a possible 5 to 7 year prison sentence. To be honest things were looking pretty bleak. The County Attorney's Office was looking to play hardball but Patrick never even broke a sweat. The entire time Patrick remained upbeat and professional and looked at every single angle of the case. As for the outcome thanks to Patrick's diligence and leaving no stone unturned the DA's office went from offering me three years in prison with five years of probation as their initial plea offer to dismissing the charges entirely. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that if I had tried to represent myself or I didn't have Patrick's considerable attention to detail and no-nonsense approach to getting things done I would be sitting in a prison cell right now. Patrick also managed to do all of this while keeping my considerable levels of anxiety in check because he had a level of confidence in our case that made me feel completely at ease. I have been acquainted with attorney Brian Snow for 15+ years. He became my lawyer when I was running a business. He not only improved my contracts by adding necessary clauses and making them air tight, he was also there for me whenever a legal matter arose. Several years later he handled my divorce which was a very emotional ordeal. He was understanding, patient and once again took charge of what was needed to be done. And lastly, he helped me with the ordeal regarding the sale of my house. There were multiple problems that occurred and he was there to answer my questions, intervene with other lawyers and the real estate agents, offer support, and humor. The positive outcome was due to his hard work and diligence. There is no other person that I would use to handle any legal issues. His knowledge of the law is excellent but for me what has really made the difference is that he treats me with respect and cares about my well-being. Richard Taussig is a great lawyer. I learned a lot about the truth of the law from him. He managed to win the case via a settlement, which to me, and in this circumstance was a win. It was a year and a half long battle. Richard walked me through it all and explained everything every step of the way with no hesitations. The corrupt company held strong dislike towards me which was purely out of spite, jealousy and from me exposing the corruption within their company. Richard was up against a very ugly group. Richard defended my case through and through. The highly corrupt company gave up and agreed to settle. I was given great support and respect from Richard Taussig throughout the ordeal. It was a tedious process, and a very stressful one due from the emotions of getting framed wrongfully. I would recommend working with Richard Taussig. He is a very considerate, intuitive, intelligent, observant person and knows how to win a case for the good guys, because he is an honest, good guy.

Our company signed up for The Relationship Enterprise Program in early 2013. We easily got a year's worth of legal advice in the first month of the program since we needed advice on several issues by that point. We pay a modest monthly fee to have access to great legal consul and avoid making mistakes that lead to costly legal fees. It's great to be able to run routine business agreements by Scott without incurring billable hours. Even better, he is so familiar with our operation that he is very efficient in situations which require billable work outside the scope of the program. It reduces the per-project fee and reduces the number of projects needed. Our total legal fees for the past 3 1/2 years are lower than one year of legal fees with the prior law firm. We never have to decide whether to spend money for advice because we can count on getting fast and exceptional advice any time we need it.

I contacted Mr. Sowerby and several others for consultation re my father's estate when things went sour. Mr. Sowerby was the one person who not only responded in detail by email, he also spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me. I hired him and I can tell you he not only positively resolved the issues I was having, he did it all under the estimated cost he provided. When you should be focused on grieving, the last thing you want to do in these circumstances is think you could be taken advantage of, Mr. Sowerby had my back, kept me informed, and quite frankly saved the other party a lot of difficulty by informing their attorney of incorrect filings! He was professional, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. I can't recommend him highly enough, seriously, I don't give 5 star reviews unless deserved.

I engaged Attorney Joseph Ransmeier to represent me, as buyer, in a recent real-estate transaction. My case was fairly straightforward, although there were a few peculiarities, such as a foreclosure in my property’s history and the drafting of a non-bank mortgage. In our initial conversation Attorney Ransmeier used clear language to list the parts of the transaction, provide a time frame for each part, and break down costs. He explained which costs were fixed (e.g. transfer tax) and quoted estimates—quite accurately—for those which were not (e.g. billable time).
Once retained, Attorney Ransmeier patiently listened to my questions and responded with clarity and authority, always making sure that he had conveyed his meaning to my satisfaction. In one case where he had a doubt, he was honest in telling me that he had consulted a colleague with expertise on the matter in question. Along the way, he kept me abreast of seemingly small (but to me important) matters regarding my case by sending concise email updates. These were nice reminders that I was being looked after. I particularly appreciated that in all our email correspondence he took the time to address me by name, wrote in complete sentences, and signed off courteously. He was also not above putting in neighborly touches that reminded me I was dealing with a human being.
Summing up, Attorney Joseph Ransmeier did exactly what he was hired to do, did so efficiently and competently, and was consistently responsive, accessible, and polite. I confidently recommend him to others seeking counsel on real-estate matters in northern New Hampshire.

Please disregard 8/10/17 review, it was an impatient spouse who was unclear of the TIME it takes to prepare/file/go-thru requirments/meetings of the US Bankruptcy process (est. 90-120dys/3-4mos) depending on individual/joint circumstances and not to mention the US Court System.

Attorney Beaupre has many qualities that shows why he has been awarded a "rising attorney" consistently. I feel like he deserves to be rated passed that. He's the attorney that has consistently shown initiative, honest and yet a very gracious man. I think he's the one hidden behind the attorneys that are the obvious, and don't let that fool you. I trust his choices and case work he cites, for my value correlating directly to the case at hand.
I have search high and low, and have met high and low. It's the feeling he backs up the case with explanations that most people wouldn't ask for, but I sought it as very valuable to my decisions to proceed. He is trustworthy, very patient (needed here), yet always trying to not cut time short, when he 's needed by others too.
It's difficult to find who to turn to that has the qualities needed, as well as the personal attributes, that help it seem more manageable. I wished I had met him in the earlier stages of my search for an attorney. If you need a lawyer to be straight forward and trustworthy, considerate, and detail oriented to for, he is a very worthy lawyer. It helps that he is a really great person too.
