GREAT EXPERIENCE! From start to finish! Very professional! Definitely helped me take a deep breath over my personal situation and it was handled with finesse and ease by Attorney Alex Zhik! Mr. Spodek reached out to me personally to discuss the matter and then turned it over to Alex and it was amazing!!! Alex was very professional, and knew exactly what to do to get my case dismissed!!! Mr. Silverman and his team were excellent. I recently leased a 2024 Jeep 4xe, 2 weeks and 500 miles into my lease the vehicle needed to be towed to the dealership and was in the shop for over 6 weeks. His team responded immediately and gave me the direction I needed through that stretch. It hurts me to say this but your results will vary on your precieve worth as a human being , call backs and other help is truly available to certain groups of people, they will take your case and do absolutely nothing with it for years if your in this unfortunate group, they will speak to you in such a manner as to make you feel as if your serving them not the other way arouNd, it’s very sad I suffer with depression and this issue has taken me down a dark road they make me feel worthless every time I speak to them, is it so hard to be kind to people who come to you for help, saying things that make me feel less important as a human being is not right especially when you are a professional doing a job, I’m not rude or insulting yet it’s always the same energy when I call this place so they win I’m not calling for anymore update or advice or help anymore it’s not available to me , I don’t have enough worth to them to be shown any concern or interest , these reviews are from burns and Harris clients/ they changed the name and kept the reviews this is no longer burns and Harris and it definitely shows

I'm part of the boyscout settlement trust and these guys are doing nothing to get us our money let me explain I hired these guys about 5years ago thinking there a big lawfirm this will be great but here is the truth we won 2.4 billion dollars a while back it was put into a trust which is being overseen by a retired bankruptcy judge her name is Barbra houser since winning the money they offered us 3500$ to buy us out if you didn't want to wait to have your claim reviewed by miss houser and her team we have zoom meetings every few months this is decided by miss houser we used to be able to ask questions live but this soon disappeared from the meeting format this review is hard for me to write because I suffered a stroke on April 4 20 24 I'm currently living in my van in Ohio it's now dec11th there are claiments with cancer diagnosis there not paid either so you tell me has this Barbra woman the judge set up one of the biggest scams in history or is it just me? I call slater shullman to have one of the reception people hang up on me they have had to hire another answering service to handle the angry phone calls after the last meeting that we had around Thanksgiving I even spoke with Jessica smith one of the partners she could not tell me where the trust goes if we are dead and gone before anything gets paid out well I found out all the moneys goes back to the boyscouts of America yet most of the money in the trust came from insurance companies affiliated with the boyscouts someone or multiple people are gonna get rich over this but this whole trust is a scam and Adam Slater brags about winning us all this money but it's all a lie but the law firm will get there 30 percent weather we are all dead or not I have put a phone call into Adam Slater let's see if he calls me back or not to be fair I will edit my review if this happens

I'm currently using them as representation for the class action boy scouts of America case there's been extremely low communication between client and attorney I do also understand that they have an enormous clientele but I would like to know what's going on with my case and where it's at in the litigation and like how much longer it's going to be before there's a result but with that said it's my understanding that these guys are the best of the best so I trust that they will continue to fight as they have in the past and I'm sure they will continue to do in the future

I got my dismissal for a ticket that i reveived while i was riding my motorcycle between lanes. A ticket received 5 years ago. Court outcome has been postponed for 5 years in a row and it finally got dismissed. Miss Ortiz and the whole firm are just specialist in TVB matters. Do not hesitate to contact them if you received traffic tickets.

During that time, not once a representative from the office gave me attitude or did not return my phone call. Made a free 3PM consultation appointment that was sent to voicemail due to another unrecognized number dialing in at the same time. By 3:04, after hearing the message left from the firm, I promptly called speaking to someone who sent my request on, and emailed the man who originally scheduled the intake. Days later, not a word.
Writing the review for those looking for a law firm that doesn't treat you like another number, clearly they moved in to the next caller, regardless of preparing notes, and blocking off the later afternoon. It's an amateur mistake that dissuades any confidence despite the other reviews

Intimidating was the word that came to mind before conversing with Michael. Once I could discuss it with Michael, all of my fear disappeared. He is smart and explained to me most simply yet without being condescending. He went through each potential move and possible outcome depending on which activity I chose with his guidance. He broke down what my case could be worth through a process where he asked me some questions and then answered them on the spot. Michael emailed me often, more than an attorney at his level would typically do. He also listened. He was neither dismissive nor rude throughout my experience with him or his firm. I am happy I chose their firm and moved out of the way for them to handle something that seemed impossible, yet here we are.
