First I would like to say that if it were not for the fact I consider Attorney Donofrio to be one of the most trustworthy individuals I have ever meet, I would not even consider writing a review.
in addition, while his responsiveness and keeping his clients informed of all on going situations is with out question, his most important value is his knowledge, and ability to communicate that knowledge.
Specifically on the municipal side, there is no delay in looking up statue or precedent, his experience has that information at his finger tips. Of course there are situations that require research, but what i would refer to as the bread and butter issues are answered to departments heads instantly.
In regards to construction contract documents, ordinances,and opinion drafted, I have found his legal opinions to clear and precise. Designed to be fair while protecting the towns position.
In reference to construction law,(non municipal side) I have used Attorney Donofrio on several occasions and I have been more impressed then my dealing with him on the municipal side. His service has resulted in at times a positive outcome or a outcome that was mitigated as best as possible.
I have in cases of arbitration, I have always felt I had the best lawyer in the room.
in closing it would be hard to find a better lawyer then Attorney Donofrio, he is a credit to his profession.

Attorney Amanda Gilbert-Largent has assisted my husband and I with our estate planning. She has consistently gone above and beyond giving us her time and knowledge from the initial consultation to completion. Her ability to communicate and scaffold all topics afforded us the opportunity to more easily grasp the understanding of the subject matter and the unfamiliar terminology. As stated in recent reviews, received spam email about ACH transfer. I immediately called, left a voicemail and have not received a response in 4 days. They have a notice now posted on their website and ends in saying “Therefore, there is no need to reach out to our firm to notify us. Thank you.” - I mean come on, of course there is a need to call your office! We have questions. How was your firm compromised? What are you doing about this? Do you have liability coverage for data breaches? What information from clients was taken? How did you have our information to begin with? You have an ethical obligation as attorneys to provide this information to us, and I believe that is regulated by your respective Bar association.
