I had tried myself, and it was turned down. Over fairly small things I didn't realize would be an issue or I would have done things differently. So it was recommended to me to talk to him. SO glad I did. He is VERY focused on details. Which is needed or you can get rejected for simple things. So he made sure everything was together, and any detail that could be potentially questioned was backed up with info on it so the secretary of state could have a full and accurate picture of everything. He was amazing from start to finish. He also is very to the point on what may be looked at as an issue and to let you know ahead of time so if you do get questioned on certain things you know what to expect. Also, very easy to reach and stays in contact throughout the process and gets back to any call or email quickly. He is very invested in presenting the best case possible for his clients and does care about his clients- rare from my experience with lawyers. He is amazing and very good at what he does.

Mr. Langscheid is truly the best there is out there, for what he does. He has been doing this for a long, long time... And is so good in fact, that he does it all by himself and isn't part of a group. He doesn't need to be, that's how successful he is at winning cases. His attention to detail when it comes to catching errors in paperwork and cross examining a story so all the pieces fit correctly in the case before being put before a hearing officer or judge, is astounding. He caught details that even my husband and I didn't catch, and it was our own case and paperwork, our hopes and dreams at stake. Most lawyers just leave it up to you to not make any errors, take your money and word for it, file whatever you give them and don't check anything... Putting you at risk to lose your case. Not to mention they are very hard to get ahold of, don't respond for weeks or follow up, and are likely to allow their personal opinons get in the way of their client's chances of success, because they develop certain attitudes when it comes to places or events surrounding your case. Not Mr. Langscheid. He is very attentive, responds quickly within a few days at most, answers his phone if for some reason you have a question or concern, and is dead serious when it comes to winning your case. When you are serious and ready to find the one who will help you get your DL back, call him. Be prepared to be completely honest about your story on the intake call with him. He will not take your first payment if he doesn't feel like the case can be won, and if anybody can win your case, it's him only. Don't omit any nasty details or try to smooth things over on the intake call, because if you do that you'll only be fooling yourself and he needs to realistically know the absolute truth before any money is taken. At some point all the dirty details will need to come out anyway and nobody needs to put themselves or others in that position for failure.
After 13 years of being without a DL, a few days ago my husband went to the DMV and got his license back thanks to Mr. Langscheid. All I can say is be prepared to be sober and honest, do EXACTLY what he tells you to do without argument, and remember that he has your best interest in mind. If you do that, you will get your license back.

John was very informative and eased a lot of my concerns during the process. He kept me informed the entire time, and I was prepared for each step.
I was confident when I went to court with him, and everything worked out as he had discussed - there were no surprises along the way, and that is what you are looking for when you hire an attorney.
John's staff was also very professional, and I enjoyed coming to the office for my meetings. I have been to other lawyers' offices before where I did not feel comfortable. John's office was a family atmosphere, and it was exactly what I was looking for when hiring a lawyer.

I was referred to this law firm by an out of state attorney. I never expected the level of service and care that Jennifer Salvatore has shown. She has been a light in a dark tunnel for me. Her professionalism has been outstanding.
More than that, she has been courteous, friendly and empathetic. Unlike other attorneys that I have previously dealt with, from different firms, she doesn't have some superiority complex. I would recommend this firm to others without any concerns.

There are not too many people who want to be in a position where they need to engage an attorney but let me tell you...if you find yourself in that position, you will not find a better legal advocate than Salvatore Prescott Porter & Porter (SPPP).
From my first call, I was welcomed with warmth and respect. In addition to the incredible legal expertise, you will find a passion for advocacy in each person you encounter. It is clear that they feel as strongly as you do about your situation, and you will find you have engaged a true ally that will work side by side with you for justice.
I cannot say enough good things about my lead attorney, Jennifer Salvatore. She is a clear communicator, incredibly responsive, and committed to your success. She is intelligent, diligent, and genuinely cares (and shows that care in every step of the process.) I knew almost immediately that I had found the perfect attorney in Jennifer.
I quickly learned, though, that at SPPP, in addition to your own lead attorney, there is an entire team of people who are equally enthusiastic about advocating for your cause and supporting you through the process. I’m a Veteran of Desert Storm and have a skin disease that is very rare. Cause unknown and no cure. LHV took my case even though I had nothing in my medical files. The disease appeared a few years after leaving active duty. LHV fought and continues to fight. I never thought I’d receive any benefits and I’m currently at 90% and we’re still fighting.

A bit frustrated that I paid my balance in full and then they persistently send me bill after bill just for them basically closing my case. So if I pay the remaining fee, am I going to get another bill for them having to stamp a sticker on my case that says I paid my balance? Seems unreasonable to nickel and dime a college student struggling to make ends meet after losing her parent and having to take on all the responsibilities and bills that have been left behind for her. I was my father's only child when he passed so I didn't know that when I hired them, I would be paying close to six thousand dollars just to get a few things transferred into my name.
