The journey through the immigration process seemed daunting and choosing an attorney seemed perhaps even more daunting.
After a first consultation with Kevin,
the process just appeared very straightfoward.
All the information he gave was clear and concise, bringing alot of needed reassurance.
He consistently remained accessible during the entire process with upmost patience answering any new questions that would arise.

For the success of my applications but also for the extra kindness demonstrated along the way.
I also want to mention how Immigrating is and can be a very costly journey to embark on. Affordability and unseen costs we're a concern. I have appreciated that Kevin kept all fees transparent and consistently fair from go to finish!

My wife and I recently decided to set up a trust after discussing it for a few years. Part of the reason we were dragging our feet was because some topics are really difficult to discuss when it concerns what happens after one’s passing. We called Eric upon a recommendation from our financial planner and set up a consult. The consultation was very informative and he helped make some parts of the conversation easier to discuss and contemplate. Eric was able to break down all the details in such a way that made certain concepts easier to understand from a legal perspective. While we still dragged our feet even after the consult, Eric was patient while at the same time giving us reason to put a trust in place. After we got all the details sorted out, he put everything together for us in a nice and organized binder that we can refer to as the years pass. Thanks Eric.

Having to declare bankruptcy is a very hard decision. I had a huge amount of apprehension while driving to my first meeting with Eric. He made me feel very comfortable and understood my needs as well as what needed to be done. He went through the options with me, made sure I understood them and then we made a decision to file. If I had questions, they were always answered. Be prepared when you meet him and follow through with any requests. If you follow this simple rule, I believe you will be happy with the results.

My wife and I were in a car accident and decided to take legal action against the person whose vehicle hit us. After consulting with a few lawyers in the area, we chose Kleczek Law and worked with David and Brendan. Our decision was based on our initial conversation, where it felt like David would fight for us and was willing to go to court if needed. I was referred to Dakin by another attorney whom I know as my matter involved some real estate. I have worked with many attorneys over the years but working with Dakin was a pleasant surprise. Once he understood what I wanted to do, he worked over a weekend to produce what I needed to tackle the problem. Not only did he do what I asked in a very quick time, he followed up to inquire how it went and offered additional tips on how to use what he prepared for me to the best advantage. My previous lawyer worked on getting money from my debtor for years, but he continued to fail and my debtor started to threatened to file a bankruptcy. Then Mr. Ferris stepped in to be in charge and was able to garnish his wage and now I have been receiving money from the debtor. As a matter of fact, this is not even his field yet, his assistance from the day one til now, I have nothing but appreciation. I would strongly recommend his service to anyone.

My divorce was a difficult time for my entire family, not unlike the death of a loved one.
I was very fortunate to have an old family friend, a lawyer, refer me to Deborah Dubroff . The first time I met Deborah, I knew I was in good hands and I felt a wave of relief wash over me. My first impression of Deborah was that she was knowledgeable, a hard worker, ethical, respectful, professional, patient, nonjudgmental and empathic. During our first meeting Deborah went thru the entire process, told me how to make the best use of our time, kept me focused, reassured me that I was not going to lose custody of my children and that things were going to be ok.
My impression has not changed.
After our initial meeting Deborah requested information and forms to be filed out, which I sent her, appeared in court as required and throughout the divorce process provided me timely updates until my cases conclusion.
I am eternally grateful to Deborah for getting me thru those dark days.

I hired Catherine Tang to respond to an action letter from the USPTO for my business. Catherine was fast, responsive and was quite fair with pricing. She’s one of the most ethical attorneys I have ever worked with. She did the work in far less time than all of the other attorneys quoted me. Others quoted weeks of research, with "a minimum of six weeks to hear anything back". Catherine responded in far less of time and I was approved in much sooner time than even the "weeks of research" it would take to just submit my response. Attorney Martin Putnam is your man if you get taken by a Used Car Salesman as I was. Mr. Putnam spoke to me in person over the phone, listened well to my situation, and asked some questions. After the Saleman refused to refund my money and take back a defective car which he misrepresented and, among other illegal things, posed safety hazzards (driver's door locks driver inside which prior attempts to fix were unsuccessful the Salesman admitted after I took the car and was locked in several times in a 3 days), Mr. Putnam made one phone call to the Car Lemon Salesman and got the issue settled instantaneously. I got my full refund and they took back their Lemon Car. My problem was resolved instantly because of Mr. Putnam's knowledge of the law and manner in dealing with law breakers who try to take unfair advantage of people like me. Mr. Putnam was incredibly kind and generous in his consideration of the terrible spot I was in and offered me a free consultation and one free phone call! Am I grateful!

Mr. Putnam was able to resolve our legal issue with a retailer.
