I would not recommend using Nancy Shannon. She represented my ex husband in our divorce case, and she did not win the case for him as he was judged to pay me a 32k settlement. I am a disabled veteran due to PTSD and Nancy Shannon openly mocked my disability to my lawyer, in writing, and denied my basic ADA accomodations so that we had to get the judge involved unnecessarily, causing everyone more legal fees. She was so disrespectful in court, there was no reason to be that way. She was very unprofessional all around, rolling her eyes and throwing her hands up in the air, even at her own client. My lawyer told me she's known for being impossible to work with and making things more difficult for all.

Jill was recommended to me from a friend of our family thru my son Michael who past away unexpectedly in July 2016. Jill remained open to supporting me thru-out this difficult time of losing my son. I have had the pleasure of working with John on a project my firm hired him to work on. We have also had discussions over the last ten years on various regulatory issues related to the healthcare industry. John has the ability to take on a project that doesn't have a clear path/steps, and figure out a solution working independently but with high competence using his JD and medical background. As an example, I needed research on trends for which data could only be gathered by hand and franklyu wasn't readily available. John knew where to go, how to get it and how to summarize/analyze for purpose of a bigger project we were working on. It took very little explaining for him to understand the substance of the engagement and big picture goals. In summary, if you need something customized that only an attorney with experience and creativity can handle, John is the attorney you should work with.

Gene is an excellent lawyer. He understands the cattle industry and knows how to accomplish your goals. We had Gene prepare several contracts relating to selling individual shares in an AI bull. He took the time to ask us lots of details about what we were trying to accomplish. Because he was so familiar with this area, he brought up several issues we needed to address that we hadn't even thought of. Initially, I was skeptical because his hourly fees were so much higher than our local attorney. At the end of the day, he was well worth the money. He saved us more that we paid.
