Mr. Wisam Ghuneim provided me clear counseling in relation to my situation before I elected to obtain his full services. Wisam was very professional, helpful, and confident through out the entire process. I enjoyed our relationship due to the fact that he informed me of all options, and was supportive with whatever decision I made and the direction in which I wanted to go. His communication throughout the process from Wisam and his staff was very good. My questions and concerns were always answered in a timely manner and I never felt "worried". I was quite comfortable throughout the process when typically matters of legal nature can be very nerve-racking and bring on un-needed anxiety. I didn't worry about the outcome because through my experience with Wisam I found him to be a very sharp, witty, and confident fellow that knew what he was doing. I am typically a highly involved individual by nature and I actually had no problem letting-go and having him do what he does best. We proceeded accordingly through due process until we reach our the desired outcome that I was looking for. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MICHAEL D. WEST AS AN ATTORNEY. HE WORKED ON A CASE, CLIENT WANTED A TRIAL BY JURY, BUT HE ACCEPTED TRIAL WITH ONLY JUDGE MAKING DECISION. DURING THE COURT PROCEEDING HE DOES NOT BRING THE EXPERTS TO PROVE THE CASE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THE CASE. CANCELLED THE MAIN CHARGES OF THE CASE, ADVISING CLIENT THAT IT WAS FOR THEIR BENEFIT. LOST THE CASE SINCE THE ESSENTIAL CHARGES WERE CANCELLED FROM THE CASE. LOST A HIGH VALUE SUIT BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE

I wished they're were zero stars, We hired them for my husband green card renewal, worse customer service, every time we called for an update about our case, they were just plain rude and wouldn't answer are questions. they would transferred my phone call to this guy so rude. never again

As my review states this attorney is a very smart attorney,but he is very lazy and really unorganized he will lose your evidence because he has no secretary. he will never return your calls until the day before court then he will submit a bill to you that reflects all of this work that he has been doing but it is a lie because he just starts blowing your phone up the night before your court date. he will take all your money and give you no receipts until you ask 100 times then he will throw one together that will eat all of your retainer and reflect that you owe him a couple grand more.....then he will hound you until you pay him then you will not here from him again until the night before court again he is always unprepaired !

Hired this guy several years ago ..
I recently found out the work he did for me wasn’t worth the paper it was written on.
I reached out to him about the problem .
I told him he should fix this screw up free of charge ..He focused on the free of charge.
I never heard back from him..
I felt like since he didn’t do it right it the first place and I paid him back then that he should fix it free of charge ..
I hired a new lawyer that knew what he was doing and he was able to fix the mess this guy left me with..
If you hire him just be warned his screw ups might come back to bite you in the butt later on …He never even apologized !!!!

Referred to this lawyer by a friend as he was highly recommended. A nice person in all but not sure of his attorney skills. The result was that after a year in and out of court, and several thousand dollars later the case remained as when we started. Had to constantly refresh the attorney of case details, provide tons of paperwork which I got the impression were never thoroughly gone through otherwise would not have to remind of case issue and details. Office staff was very good about collecting money or would threathen to withdrawl just before hearing date. At court the attorney would appear confused and uniformed over case points, and lacked negotiations skills to contend with opossing lawyer.
Attorney seemed unprepared and evetually lack the luster as he tried cases that were not his main practice. Did not provide itmemized service statement for services only a call that our bill was due payment.
