I am grateful for Kristen and her services. Kristen represented my family cases for approximately 4 years. The overall case is complex needing representation with several components multiple times. Kristen was the 4th attorney that I had. The first was for the divorce; I wish I knew about Kristen then. I would have retained her immediately and likely never had to go through what I did. Kristen was up against a 'shark' of an attorney, who represented my ex. Kristen handled everything with grace and tact. There where moments when she presented the ugly truth to me in a kind way. When you've never even met the lawyer and live on the other side of the United States, but feel highly compelled to leave him an EXCELLENT rating, then you know you're doing so for the BEST lawyer Phoenix, AZ has to offer. There's a show on Netflix called The Lincoln Lawyer (also a movie from 2011), but there is also a real-life "Lincoln Lawyer" in Phoenix named Gil Hacohen. Mr. Hacohen was hired by my son on what seemed a losing battle child paternity/custody case wherein my son was going up against a gilded, grisly family. "Lawyers for Less" sounded like a long shot for my son, but affordable enough to try. There's a quote that states, "It's not how much money you have that's relevant, but whether you feel rich." Mr. Hacohen, aka Lincoln Lawyer, has been working for my son as if my son has paid him millions!! He got my son his baby boy back, through all the lies and deceit on the other side. There's only been one hearing and Mr. Hacohen made it happen in 30 minutes. My son has his son back! If/when this goes to trial, which I pray it does, I will return to leave my follow-up EXCELLENT review. To you, Mr. Lincoln Lawyer, I thank you from the bottom of my heart!! You've no idea the impact you've made thus far. Do NOT hesitate to contact and retain Mr. Hacohen!!!

One of the best decisions I’ve made was selecting John Even to oversee the settlement of my Mom’s estate. His wisdom and insight on reaching the optimal settlement for my family was priceless. Without his patient encouragement over thee years I would have settled for a poor result early on.

To say Florence restored my faith in lawyers is an understatement. Only leaving one star because I have to. Sue sold me the dream during our consultation over the phone. Told me everything I wanted to hear but actions did not measure up in the court room. It’s been since 2020 that I’ve lost my daughter to her father who is an absolute POS. Despite having provided mountains of proof and organizing all my exhibits. (All Sue had to do was file them, in the exact order they were in!!!!) And still NONE of them were used during my trial. It was he said vs she said and honestly the responding lawyer (Jason Pistiner) did what he was paid to do, took my daughter away and in return put me on child support. I had invested over 5 grand (putting myself in a financial bind) for Sue to be present at ONE trial and she failed me completely in many ways. Including the fact that our trial was virtual due to Covid and because her assistant Kim Yazzie failed to notify me that the trial was not going to be in person. I showed up to the court house the day of my trial where I learned it was virtual and had to sit in outside of the courthouse, literally outside. The traffic was noisy and I couldn’t concentrate on what was being said, nor did I have a way of effectively communicating with Sue to ask questions before or during my trial. To this day I am STILL fighting for justice for my daughter as she was placed in the hands of a convicted drug user/dealer who has failed my daughter completely since 2020. Please do your research before choosing Sue and make sure if you decide to proceed with her, you ask for itemized receipts of what she’s charging you for because I was never provided that information and don’t understand where 5 grand went when I did all the work and all she did was drop the ball the day of my trial. Not to mention how she claimed to have been “under the weather” the day of my trial which she seemed to be discombobulated and unfocused and even after the judge asked her if she was ok to proceed or needed to reschedule she refused to reschedule and chose to proceed as “sick” as she claimed to be. I think she intentionally failed to fight for me because she knew I would have to keep fighting (using her services) if I lost and in return it would cost another 5-10 grand if not more. That’s not how business is done. Had you won my case or even attempted to try and win my case, I wouldn’t be writing this negative review and you would have more business by word of mouth and recommendations but I would never in my lifetime refer anybody to Sue as she has proven to be untrustworthy and incompetent. The few minutes I talked to her on the phone when she needed additional information, she seemed very scatterbrained and all over the place. Which explains why her assistant isn’t good at follow ups. Blind leading the blind. By the way I noticed her 5 star reviews are from employees or friends which says a lot about her reputation! All I can say is if you’ve read through my review please consider investing elsewhere and don’t go based off the dream she sells during the phone consult. And if you’re reading this Sue, a refund would be nice.

How can you do better for your client than obtaining a settlement well in excess of what the client expected. Rich did just that. He was cost conscious asking me, if I wanted to pay for a deposition or pass due to costs? I left that chose to Rich who chose yes and I'm glad he did. The deposition appeared to have increased the settlement in mediation quite significantly. Rich was obviously very well prepared for the deposition with a good retention of the facts and issues supporting my claim. I am not an Attorney but my two kids are so I get it. Law is a business so chose a lawyer that's a winner. I did and it provided great results.

I went to Mr. Hudspeth hoping that he would represent me on a business contract. But after reviewing my entire contract and having two of his staff attorneys research my case, he came to the conclusion that I would be better served by an attorney with expertise in securities law. Mr. Hudspeth did not charge me for any of his or the other attorneys’ time. I was disillusioned that he was not going to be able to represent me because I wanted the most competent attorney I knew, and that was Mr. Hudspeth.
The reason I know this is because I also worked for Mr. Hudspeth for five years. I learned to have tremendous respect for him as a lawyer and as a person. I have been around lawyers most of my life, but working for Mr. Hudspeth I saw a side I had not been exposed to very much. His compassion for others and understanding comes through in his communications, and that is something I have taken away with me and try to emulate. In his practice too, he expected that everyone adhere to ethical standards as the right and natural thing to do.
Therefore, I highly recommend Mr. Hudspeth to anyone looking for competence, dedication, and years of experience.

After my car accident I was knee deep in medical bills and insurance claim paperwork. Runion personal injury lawyer has some of the best lawyers for car accidents. They worked professionally and in a timely matter to make all the paperwork and process for the injury claim to go a lot faster. I can tell all the good reviews were obviously requested by Mr. Martinez himself. Hired him for criminal case . He assured me that it wouldn’t be any issue to get friend out. Said he would do it. Didn’t . Wouldn’t return calls text. Or even show up as planned. Didn’t fight at all . Scared and knowledgeable at court . Couldn’t even get a negotiated plea offered. Couldn’t get one thing changed on the plea. The video evidence was lost all body cam footage gone and still lost case. Felt mislead and severely manipulated.. shoulda burned the money instead. Would a been more worth it

I simply do not recommend Jose as a lawyer to hire because he has done a very poor job with our case. He does not communicate well at all and does not have much experience with a civil lawsuit. He has missed deadlines and has forgot facts about the case. He has missed the deadline to respond to a motion and therefore lost the motion in the other parties favor which we did not agree to but it got our case throw out while the counterclaim is still active and ongoing. We have no leverage now. This was done to spite us as we have a flat fee arrangement. It feels like he is doing as little as possible because of the flat fee arrangement.
