I hired attorney Fred J. Lewis of Law firm Racine Olsen to represent me in a Workman's Compensation case. I suffered a life changing serious injury at work. From day one, attorney Lewis and his staff at Racine Olsen made me feel like they had my back. When I first met Mr. Lewis, I was kind of nervous. Mr. Lewis made me feel comfortable from my first visit till the end of the process. He is a good listener, excellent leader, trustworthy, professional, competent & very compassionate. Mr. Lewis spent a great amount of his time explaining everything in detail to satisfy my needs and what to expect in order for me to make my own decisions. He gave advice whenever needed; He was always responsive to any question that I had about my case in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mr. Lewis and his law firm Racine Olsen to anyone in need of competent and effective legal representation for a best outcome.

Nathan helped me get a stolen dog back. He worked tirelessly. He was so kind and patient. And thorough. My dog was being starved and abused so time was of the essence.
I'm going through an ugly divorce and the lawyer I picked is beyond awful.
Nathan put far more time into getting my dog back than the divorce lawyer has for over a year. I'm old so I can say this. He is a doll.

I hired Daniel Hansen to represent me in a legal tiff I had gotten into while working in Rexburg, ID. From Day 1 Mr. Hansen was super informative and highly motivated and proactive in providing my defense to the states allegations. He actively checked the status of my case daily over the course of 4-5 months and immediately reached out to me regarding anything not discussed prior. He was respectfully stern when he would speak with the prosecutor on the case on what we wanted to see for the outcome. He never once disregarded anything that wasn’t in my best interest. Daniel provided all the relevant information and actions I could take prior to seeing the judge, to help ensure an outcome in our favor! Daniel even went a step above and offered support on a personal level, after I lost a close family member to COVID. Daniel truly cares about his clients situation whether in court or out. He is, in my opinion, the greatest lawyer you could ever acquire for service and representation. In the courtroom he seems to be highly respected by his colleagues and judges alike! Daniel was always upfront with me regarding everything about my case.
Daniel was always very professional in every interaction we had and he was excellent at communicating everything to me in a way I would understand! His prices were very reasonable and affordable and quite frankly a true bargain for all he has done. I talked to mulitple lawyers in the Idaho Falls/ Rexburg area before I contacted Mr. Hansen and was starting to lose any hope that I had. After the first call I made to his office I no longer had that feeling of despair, instead a renewed faith that all would end well. And it did! I have know Nathan for many years. He is honest, trustworthy , hard working, and reliable . My wife and I had been contemplating writing our living wills. Nathan is someone we trusted to help us know what so e of the hard decisions that Need to be made in a living will. He was patient with us and even changed our wishes when we had told him differently and then changed our minds.
I feel like Nathan is a competent staigtht coward representative who gives excellent counsil. I will recommend him to those who ask me for a good lawyer anytime!

Nick is an excellent attorney. His paralegal, Trista, is wonderful as well. I came to them in a very difficult position due to botched work by another attorney. I was behind the 8-ball, and time was of the essence. Nick helped me achieve an outcome that was far better than I expected. I can never thank him enough.
I've worked with attorneys for decades as an expert witness. To know a lot of attorneys is NOT to love them. Nick is an exception. You can spend 10x more money elsewhere, but you will not likely get 10x better results—and with Nick, you'll be treated compassionately and respectfully (not handed off to an associate after a consultation). These folks have their acts together. Nick is a great listener, an astute evaluator of the legal situation, and straightforward about likely outcomes. He doesn't pound his chest, and he doesn't blow smoke. He's a great attorney and a decent, honorable man. Years of bitter experience have taught me that trust should never be given; it should be earned. I trust Nick.
Like all small firms, they stay busy. But it's worth your time and effort to get an appointment.
The elephant in the room around here is whether or not you'll be well-represented if you are not a part of the dominant social clique. You do not need to worry about that with Nick. As good of an attorney as he is, he's a better human being. Others will tell you the same thing.

Total waste of money and time. Couldn’t get me a zoom court appearance with 2 weeks notice which totally screwed me up as I wasn’t in Idaho anymore. All this guy did was make my situation worse. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. Also his office is a total mess. Other clients case information laying all over the place. I think he’s lost his marbles and probably needs to retire.

I hired Craig Parish to handle my divorce and custody case. I paid his high retainer and it was gone in a couple days. I kept getting bill after bill. A 3 min phone conversation of him telling me he needed a copy of some paperwork billed at $75! Then before we went to to courts he said I should mediate with my ex-wife first. He basically told me to give her everything she asked for and told me that the judge would do the same thing. He said I had no way to stop her from moving my son 5 states away and that the visitation schedule was "fair". I have talked to different attorneys since then and they have all told me the same thing... "File a complaint with the courts and sue him for any future legal fees because the divorce agreement was so short term that I would be back in court 18 months later". I can't believe how ridiculous his advice and his "representation" was! I would give him 0 stars if I could but he gets 1 by default. If you are considering hiring this man I would give you this advice, DON'T! He was a better attorney for my ex-wife than for me!
