Tex Longhorn SAVED MY LIFE! I work for a local Bank handling the consumer and residential mortgage collections. We recently transferred all of our case work to Attorney Haines and could not be happier. We do not have anyone within the Bank who is seasoned at collections and had been using more of a general practice attorney. The Bank in general feels much more confident in the way things are not being handled than ever before. Attorney Haines takes the time to explain the process, answer questions and discuss options with us during every step. We have changed a lot of process (for the better) and are finally starting to feel confident with them. We would not have been able to make these positive changes had it not been for Attorney Haines. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and if he cannot answer a question immediately he will research the answer and provide us with the sources of his research. Attorney Haines is also extremely detailed oriented and is following up with the Bank on outstanding matters typically before I even have a chance to inquire.

I can't say enough good things about Gary it was easy to get things taken care of painless and the physical therapy helped unfortunately I learned one thing, don't think your auto insurance company is not on your side Gary fought for everything he could get I had witnesses on my side but without Gary I would not have known how to navigate the legal system he guided me through it so easily I would recommend Gary to anyone looking for a hard-working lawyer who's fighting for his client will not letting the client worried, I was kept informed and was more than happy with the outcome thank you Gary you and your staff were wonderful.

I did not have a great experience with this law firm. In regard to the legal help and advice I received from Attorney Sarno, I feel like she took the easy way out, rather than actually fighting for me. She made it seem like my only option was to go with her advice and if I went against it and fought for a better outcome, I would be in worse shape than I was then. I know this is pretty vague, but it’s the best I can describe without going into detail. I found out after the fact, that the other party would have been more than willing to give more, but my attorney asked for the easiest outcome for me and best outcome for me.
I’m not sure if this was simply because she didn’t like me, or because she didn’t want to put in the extra effort. But it had a permanent effect on me and my life.
After the case was completed and all of the paperwork was done, I received three different invoices for her extra time. Two of these invoices I paid in full, assuming she was just finalizing paperwork with the courts. A third invoice came in with services dating almost two months after our case was handled, for almost $600 dollars and no explanation as to what it as for.
I do not plan on utilizing an attorney again, if I don’t have to. If I found myself in another legal situation though, I will be choosing a different law firm, without question.

My parents filed bankruptcy through them. I was a cosigner on one of my parents account. They told my parents that the bankruptcy wasn't going to affect me being an authorized user. Well here I am 4 years later still trying to figure out how to get this off my credit report. I can't get a single loan because of this.

I retained Kelsey for custody case for little over a month, problems showed just two days prior to my hearing, and I will list it here:
1- Kelsey asked for $2500 retainer that I paid in May.
2- Two days prior to the hearing in June I received invoice stating that there is only $500 left from the retainer and I had to pay another $2500 or risk the lawyer not showing up.
3- The itemized bill had a lot of calls and emails with the opposing counsel, none of which I was made aware of except for a couple.
4- The day of the hearing Kelsey came to an agreement with the opposing counsel and I had some issues there but I won't go into it as I am not sure whether my concerns are legitimate or not
5- She also volunteered (without informing me) to do something that's totally out of her job as a lawyer then sent me a huge bill for that!
5- Yesterday, just a little over a week of that hearing I received an itemized bill showing that I only have left a bit over $800, and a long list showing "calls with the other counsel" that I was never made aware of.
6- The other parent used her constantly as a messenger to claim he informed me of x, y and z and she never informed me of any of that, never told him to stop wasting my money by using her needlessly to relay messages that he can simply text me, and yes I got billed for all that.
7- The issue of the ridiculously high amount of "opposing counsel calls" that I never get informed of -just billed for- was raised with her yet she refused to talk to me about that.
She blew close to $5k in a little over a month ($2300 of which only in the last week) and when I called her office about that trying to understand because you know I'm not a lawyer maybe there was something that I don't know she accused me of threatening because I said I will use my lawful right as a client by taking it up with the legal bar if I have to, and there was no explanation, and no mention of all those charges, I felt that was very condescending and hypocritical given the fact that she didn't have any problem “threatening” to not show up to my hearing if I hadn't come up with $2500 only couple of days before that hearing, I am disappointed, to say the least, I had a lot of respect for her but now I don't.
