Hablo y entiendo inglish pero su página es confusa .no me sentí confortable le pedí q me devolvieran el dinero el 2do día q le di el deposito me dijieron q no hay devoluciones .
Perdi el dinero 💰
Pero solo alertó q antes de empesar un tramite de cualquier índole se sientan confortables con el abogado q van a tener preferí perder a perder más tiempo .

Robert Dain is the best lawyer in this area. He is a seasoned legal professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the law. Well respected in the courts, and held in high regard, Mr. Dain is fair and honest, humble -- all while committing himself to his clients' best interest in their case. I swiftly moved my divorce case to Mr. Dain after realizing my "family law" junior attorney was not making any traction, unfriendly and one who pandered to the OC. Mr. Dain is savvy and simply genuine. He had my best interest and that of my children at the forefront, in advocating for me. He had to work quickly to undo the former attorney's lack of detail for an upcoming deposition. It was amazing how quickly Mr. Dain got up to speed; asking all of the right questions, to my now ex-husband. We settled and did not go to court yet Mr. Dain was prepared in the event the opposing team would not cooperate. Most importantly in the interest of my children, we did not wish to subject them to that hostile environment. Robert (Bob) Dain and his partners at his firm handled my case (foreclosure resulting in subrogation claim filing Breach of Contract) in a professional manner and I didn't feel like he was 'riding the clock' so to speak on my case. EXPERIENCE MATTERS.... The plaintiff in my case was hoping for easy picking but Bob and his firm was able to blow it out of the water causing the Plaintiff Attorney to request a non-suit (Dismissal without Prejudice).
If you have a $90K problem you need a GOOD attorney and I would not hesitate to counsel Bob and his firm again for cases in Virginia.

I am an independent consultant in Northern Virginia with an LLC and have had Jeff review a few contracts.
He is excellent at communicating and is very responsive. When I email, he responds rapidly. When he says he'll get back to me at a certain time, he does. When we need to have a call, it is easy to schedule time.
Additionally, his edits to my contracts were definitely in my best interest. I know this because he spoke with me over the phone and gave thorough explanations of every change in each contract. His thoroughness means I much more comfortable when I eventually sign.
For these reasons, I'd absolutely recommend him if you need contracts reviewed for your small business.

In Spring 2014, I needed to perform a merger of my old company into a new one, that I just opened in another state. This can be a somewhat complicated process, dealing with the various Federal and State agency rules, especially if you want to preserve your FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number). Jennifer lead me carefully through the entire process, was very efficient and responsive. She paid great attention to all the details, so that the process was almost perfectly smooth. Some 20 years ago, I reached out to F. Douglas Ross, Esq. about my legal concern regarding the conduct of my brother, then a federal judge in PA, whose heavy-handed interference in a family estate matter was questionable. Attorney Ross said that my now-late brother, "as a federal judge," was not someone about whom he could advise me on how to proceed.

All they do is take your money and leave you without representation! I had been charged $410 for a "STRATEGY SESSION" even though they advertise FREE Consultations!!
I had to reach out to them one week AFTER I signed all their agreements and gave them the retainer. Right before my meeting with the attorney for a meeting to respond to the courts request, the company FIRED the attorney. They EMAILED me one hour before I was to call into the conference. not even a phone call.
WHAT A JOKE! And to make things worse, I had to fight with them to get my retainer back.
After many calls and emails, they have yet contacted me for an apology or to return my money "STRATEGY SESSION" that went nowhere.
They don't just FIRE someone in the spot. They knew what they were doing way before that day. I'm the one that paid for a service that went nowhere and then had to pay again for a new attorney at a much BETTER firm (should have gone to ROOP XANTTOPOULOS BABOUNAKIS and KLAM PLLC first)
Would NOT recommend Melone Hatley at all!!!

Could not put a star lower than one, this company ruined my life. I did the research and handed them a simple case of gender discrimination with documented federal felonies, and they still could not win my case. The main federal felony was a voilation of 18 USC 1001, falsifcation of federal documentation. The specific lie was being terminated using 5 CFR 213.3202, what it should have been was 5 CFR 315.804/805 what confuses me is how did federal employment attorneys did not know this? What really confuses me is the fact that Virginia attorneys have to take an oath of office Virginia law Title 54.1 section 54.1-3909, that states:...that I will suppprt the Constititution of the United States and the Constititution of the Commonwealth of Virginia....... How is falsificaton of official goverment documentation supporting the Constititution of the US? Since allowing federal felonies to occur is not supporting the US Constititution why did Berry and Berry violate their oath of office with my case?
