This man did absolutely nothing to help me. He ignored all of my calls. Made me beg for responses and belittled me for not understanding how court went. He did nothing to fight for my case and knew nothing about details until he let die process happen. I feel ripped of and taken advantage of. Stay away from this swindler

We worked with Daphne Hamilton and her team at McCarthy Law for estate planning for my elderly mom. The situation arose rather suddenly, and she guided us with decision making regarding power of attorney documents, healthcare proxy, and the sale of the family home. She was always available to answer questions either on the phone or via email, and everyone we dealt with was very professional. I didn't know this when we first contacted them, but it's nice to see an all female law firm!

I can not recommend McCarthy Law and everyone at the office enough! They have been fantastic to work with. I went to them for assistance with Medicaid applications and have used them for wills, trusts and POA. I don't do testimonials. I did one several years ago, and the next one may be many years more. But I am compelled to commend Moonan, Stratton & Waldman, LLP. Amy walked me through the process of updating many legal documents when I recently moved from another state, and they did so with patience, grace, and expertise. Perhaps most important to me, they continue to support my efforts to finish my tasks to complete this transition.
I don't need to think about who to call if or when I need legal assistance. I have them on speed dial.

My wife and I recently employed the Moonan/Stratton law firm to advise us on getting our affairs in order as an older couple and to prepare an estate plan. Kristen Moonan worked with us to ensure we provided all the necessary financial and other information needed. She then provided us with a plan involving wills and beneficiaries and healthcare provisions. She offered advice on making sure our retirement accounts and other financial accounts were updated.
Communication with Kristen's office was timely and productive. The completed estate plan is a substantial document, and we now feel much more at ease regarding our late retirement years. We highly recommend her firm.

My company was hired to repair a home considerably damaged by fire .
The insurance Company was dragging there feet this caused the City of Providence to issue A demolition order to have a house torn down that did not need to .
I spoke to Mr. Almagno and associates over the weekend be late morning Monday ,
Cease-and-assist was put in place . Note that there was a prior Consol involved they could not get this done .
I have been in bussines for 30 yrs , I must say I was impressed and extremely pleased of the action he took to rectify this matter .
He is extremely aggressive and professional I would highly recommend his services to anyone .

Travis has been such a great attorney. I’m not from Rhode Island originally and got myself into a tough situation with a landlord who charged me two months rent for a deposit, and then refused to return any of it 3 years later when I moved and left his home spotless (with proof). My landlord is highly connected and I have been nervous to pursue him, but Travis showed me that I have the law on my side. He was willing to work with my financial situation, eased my fears of losing, and gave me the courage to try. I think as a single mom of two, new to RI and it’s laws, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

I called George after sustaining an injury in a car accident that I was involved in. He was very diligent and responsive with my case and easy to deal with. What I really liked about him was that he was very prompt with returning my calls.
Before I hired George, I spoke with another attorney who said my case was not worth much because of my injuries but George was very aggressive with the insurance company and got me a lot more $$$ than I expected or what the other attorney had said my claim was worth.
