We have a handicapped son, so we needed to do some planning to care for him. Derek prepared our wills and included provisions for a guardian and setting up a special needs trust. Patrick is calm friendly, smart and a gentleman. He hires the same - and their firm brought excellent results. We won, and the praise the judge heaped on Patrick's colleague Russell Mikow reflects well on Patrick. What started out sad and distressing ended up like the scene "No prisoners" scene from Lawrence of Arabia where O'Toole and Sharif charge into battle. My dad would have liked these two gentlemen! I just want to say this is the best experience I have ever had with an attorney. I met with Angel Betancourt and he is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He gave me a few options and figured out a solution for my problem within a few minutes. He refused to take money until he knew he could help me. His solution is not one that I would have even known about and he was able to save me money on the case. 100% recommend going with Angel and this law firm. The paralegal Eva that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful as well. I will recommend you guys to anyone and everyone.
